I ordered on the in-store kiosk.After twenty minutes,I was told that They didn't have my order!Then, I found out that they charged my card $13.59 anyway!Other's told me they had been waiting a half hour!There were six workers, and ten customers,including drive through.This is at 1500 diamond hill rd
Woonsocket,RI.I went to the N.Smithfield Taco Bell,and got my food in twelve minutes.This is still not good!There were four workers,and three customers...nobody in drive through.Taco hell, is no longer fast/cheap/good!

I'm so done with taco bell altogether, every time I get a taco Supreme ( Supreme adds tomatoes and sour cream) I'm missing one or the other or both, every time I get one from every location I visit . and what they charge for these absent items is not a small amount. I won't be taking this risk any longer . Once or twice can be a fluke, but every time is no accident. Screwing the customer only screws yourself in the long run. I won't be sad to see you go out of business
Top 5 worst fast food experiences. I ordered online it charged my card and I was not able to receive my food in store because it was not in their system. I ordered to the correct store and confirmed with them that it was the correct store. I then proceeded to re-order the same exact thing that I just ordered, even though it was already charged to my card, paid again, and was given the wrong order. With a combination of going through the drive-through multiple times and going inside the location multiple times this whole ordeal amounted to more than 45 minutes of just a mess of a situation. Very disappointed probably won’t ever go back.
Manager as well as employees ignoring me while waiting for my order proceed to take 2 customers I front of me as I'm standing at counter like I am invisible. When I asked for my food the order was not Evan started. The whole time they employees were on there phones or playing around ignoring orders.

Vegetarian options: I have vegan family members and Taco Bell is the only fast food chain we can stop at where they have good options available.
Dietary restrictions: If you build your meal on the app you can make a lot of quick options for different diet styles.
I normally don't suggest fast food as the place to go for meals, but sometimes you're on the go and need something quick. If you're working with dietary restrictions that can be difficult/expensive/planning intensive.
TB is slightly more flexible than average for fast food restrictions.

i went in to buy my damn tacos and it charged me but i needed one more dollar so i went to get it and it disappeared yet still fricken charged me so i had no money and when i went to tell them they claimed it wasn’t there so i didn’t get my god damn tacos or my money back

It’s Taco Bell. You don’t come here for a fine dining experience. This isn’t Demolition Man. You come when you want a fast cheap meal, or you’re craving some tacos after a late night of debauchery. Taco Bell is the spot that is always open.

I haven’t eaten at this TB but I have picked up many DoorDash orders from here. Today at about 7:35am, I went to go pick up a pretty big order at their location. The dining room was closed, and a guy came and told me he couldn’t do any of the lunch items on the order (maybe take them off the app if you can’t do lunch items before a certain time??). So I went to go call my customer and ask what he wanted me to do, he told me he wanted a refund through DD. I said ok, I hung up the phone (I was in my car in the TB parking lot), then two TB employees walked past my car and one of them snarkily said “we’re closed!” while looking at my car (obviously thinking I couldn’t hear them.) I was happy that the customer refunded the order because it meant I didn’t have to go back in and deal with the employees who so obviously didn’t want to be there. Disgraceful!
