Did drive thru and the robot got our order correct. Then we get up to the window and they ask us to pull up. We sat there for a while and several people got their orders and left. My husband goes inside and the guy at the counter brings him our order. Then it’s not even correct….

I wasn't going to give a star but to post I had too! Horrible the steak wasn't done looked like it was microwaved it wasn't crispy it was soggy they left us sitting at the door for awhile long enough for my son to go get my combo because they forgot about us, am in a wheelchair so I couldn't go in to get my own order.

This is the second time I've been and both times are through the drive through. I hate the automated machine taking my order but maybe they are having trouble hiring someone to do the job. The first time I ordered was at 6:45pm. and it was an 8piece family meal and the cashier told me to pull into the first online ordering spot and they would bring it out. No word about how long or if they were frying fresh chicken for me. 30 minutes!!! But I figured maybe it was fried fresh but didn't seem like it when I got home. Second time was 8am. 2 Cajun chicken biscuit combos and a sausage biscuit combo. Again I was asked to pull into that spot and it would be brought out. 20 minutes! No apologies about the wait.

Tell me why you are basically a chicken restaurant and have a thirty minute wait for chicken? Left me waiting in line to order at the register for fifteen minutes without any greeting or we'll be with you in a minute,only to tell when you finally do walk over that there is a thirty minute wait time.Please just close your doors and leave Abbeville,if that's the best you can do.

Sitting here in curbside 1 pickup. Full line of cars has left and we have yet to get our food, we were first ones here. . Only ordered 2 3 piece meals .

Today I waited 45 mins to get my order because they were backed up. However the customer service was amazing. The young guy Chris was very respectful and apologized for the inconvenience. I gave it a 5 start because of his customer service skills. Thanks for making sure our food was hot and correct Chris.

Been to this location twice and both times I have been disappointed. This last time the service was sub par. the employee at the window smelled of weed and when he handed me the food the straw fell and all he could do was to have a good day. The food I got looked like it was made in a microwave at 3 am by a person who has some personal issues they need to talk with someone about.

Ordered some Bo bites. They said 3 minutes, as of 12pm I’m still waiting it’s been 30 minutes. People after me that had to wait have gotten theirs and have left. Not the first time I’m sure it won’t be the last.

I was told to pull up and then proceeded to wait over 15min for one Bo-rito. I called in and told them that I was waiting. They brought my food out 5 min later and still forgot my Bo rounds. The food tasted burnt. I will not be going back.

Waited 30 minutes to get our food from drive-thru and doors locked when we tried to go in to inquire about our order.

Only gets a 2 because the food is good but they constantly forget stuff. It sucks when you get food from a place and you know that not everything is there because it's happened multiple times in a row.

Edit: Editing this review because someome actually reminded me about how the service got worse since they opened here. It was great at first, but now it's just hoping you get what you asked for.
