Ordered some Bo bites. They said 3 minutes, as of 12pm I’m still waiting it’s been 30 minutes. People after me that had to wait have gotten theirs and have left. Not the first time I’m sure it won’t be the last.

I was told to pull up and then proceeded to wait over 15min for one Bo-rito. I called in and told them that I was waiting. They brought my food out 5 min later and still forgot my Bo rounds. The food tasted burnt. I will not be going back.

Only gets a 2 because the food is good but they constantly forget stuff. It sucks when you get food from a place and you know that not everything is there because it's happened multiple times in a row.
Edit: Editing this review because someome actually reminded me about how the service got worse since they opened here. It was great at first, but now it's just hoping you get what you asked for.

Stopped by while in the area for a meeting and I walked right up to the register and the girl walked away. She went to help the 8 or so people prepping food for the 5 people waiting on their food and no one in the drive thru. I waited over 10 minutes along with a couple others that came in and no one ever acknowledged us. We all walked out and went to Burger King and got in and out in a flash.

This was the most lovely experience I’ve had in fast food. They were patient with my family as two of them have hearing problems and were very fast with getting the order. Once finished we filled up our drinks and sat down and our food was done that fast!! Then on top of that there was a lady to walk around and make sure everything was going okay! 10/10 best fast food experience I’ve had!
Service has gone down so far since opening, I don't know of any other place you can walk into and they have people look at you from behind the counter and walk away and not greet you or say "good morning we will be right with you" or let somebody know that a customer is at the counter waiting. The wait time is atrocious but the staff has plenty of time to laugh and joke in the kitchen. I'm really not quite sure how customers that are coming in 5-10 minutes after me are getting their food way before me. They definitely are not ready for business, I don't have to wait 20-30 minutes for 2 BEC biscuits and 2 bo rounds.** 40 mins later** went to get refund manager told the other girl why this order was in a bag why didn't it go out. Smh then she tells me she will refund my meal except the 2 drinks. Hope that $4 was worth losing a customer. Cause you sure took enough time out of my Sunday morning with my daughter and I did not intend to take her out to buy sodas at a bojangles!

Terrible service, floor at the drink dispenser was soaked. Not a word exchanged between me and the young lady that took my order and my cash, and it was cash only. No receipt in the bag, and the chicken, rice, and even the biscuit was awful and cold. Nothing more to say other than I hope this is fixed.

This morning I placed my order in the drive thru. Nobody said anything about anything that might hinder me getting my order.i paid for my food and was asked to pull forward. There was several people waiting for their orders. I waited 10 minutes and had to leave to get to work so they got my money and I am going without breakfast this morning. When I went back up there they made it right.
