Did drive thru and the robot got our order correct. Then we get up to the window and they ask us to pull up. We sat there for a while and several people got their orders and left. My husband goes inside and the guy at the counter brings him our order. Then it’s not even correct….
To the amazing lady that took my order Saturday August 9, 2025 around 5:45pm, even in the middle of an extremely large order you made me feel seen and heard plus delivering my order quickly and hot. Thank you.
Today I waited 45 mins to get my order because they were backed up. However the customer service was amazing. The young guy Chris was very respectful and apologized for the inconvenience. I gave it a 5 start because of his customer service skills. Thanks for making sure our food was hot and correct Chris.
