Absolutely loved the employees at this Hardee’s they served somebody who was robbed and stranded food while giving me access to Wi-Fi to be able to make a call outstanding service I couldn’t ask for a better experience in a town that I’m stranded in.

You sit there for 20 plus minutes to order. The another 20 minutes at the window for a mediocre burger that was not at all what you ordered. Well at least the drink was right.
I ordered hash rounds which were good. But I happened to take the top off my cup and to see the lady that fixed the drink hair in the cup… disgusting!

Got a steak, egg and cheese biscuit combo and a small tea. It was $16.22. That is insane. The other Hardee's I eat at we usually get steak,egg and cheese combo and sausage biscuit combo and it's cheaper than this one combo in Abbeville.

Their web page says that they open at 5 a.m. however more often than not I can’t get anyone at the drive thru to take my order when I’m on my way to work at 5:45. If you want to grab a quick breakfast in the morning you may want to try somewhere else.

Stopped in early Monday morning, 7/29/24.
The drive through- team and the morning crew missed the mark by a wide margin.
They took my order for two Combo Frisco Ham sandwiches only to discover they failed to unthaw the sour dough bread for sandwich #2.
I agreed to the use of a toasted burger bun. After waiting 12-15 minutes, they delivered cold sandwiches with hot hashrounds.
At least those greasy hashrounds were hot.
Customers waiting behind me even after I pulled up to wait were impatiently leaning on their horn... other customers jumped out of line and went elsewhere.
This experience with this Abbeville Hardee's location is not indicative of other Hardee's we have patronized.
Regrettably, observing the on duty staff was most troubling and disappointing.
Adult supervision and inspirational leadership will make a difference at this Hardee's location.
I get it - different customers have different standards, but one thing most reasonable customers know - it is good service and unsatisfactory service.
Today, the 0730 Hardee's morning crew delivered unsatisfactory service, and a much lower standard of food quality than Hardee's is renowned.
Please seize the opportunity to elevate your game and inspire customer deliberate desire to return to your restaurant.
