The ONLY good thing about this store was Beatrice who worked the front counter. They ran out of white meat due to Marteese ignoring her requests multiple times to cook more. The dining area floor was very slippery, and the kitchen area had a broom laying on the floor, plastic food containers plus many taco bell hot sauce packets that they just walked around. The kids working the kitchen showed they do not care about much and must enjoy a dirty work environment. The best was when an empty chicken bucket fell on the filthy floor and the kid working the drive through window put it back on the counter so they could put chicken in it. After waiting 30 minutes, I got a refund due to still no white meat and found out I was the third person to get a refund due to Marteese being a total jerk and not caring about customers. I also had a nice long conversation with KFC corporate about the numerous health code violations and the pathetic work performed by the kitchen.

Went in around 9pm, and picked up my online order, the location reeked of butt. I got home to eat, the fries were soggy bc they enclosed them in the same box as mashed potatoes and the biscuit was dry as dirt. Both me and my boyfriends sandwiches, as well as the chicked tenders tasted like they were fried/cooked in unsanitary oil. And no one answered when i called for a refund, never going back.

Ordered food at 9pm. At 10:17pm my order started getting made. All of a sudden the order was cleared from the tracker and I didn't even get a refund. The workers probably were too busy getting high instead of making sure my food was made well before their closing time.
