Went in around 9pm, and picked up my online order, the location reeked of butt. I got home to eat, the fries were soggy bc they enclosed them in the same box as mashed potatoes and the biscuit was dry as dirt. Both me and my boyfriends sandwiches, as well as the chicked tenders tasted like they were fried/cooked in unsanitary oil. And no one answered when i called for a refund, never going back.

Ordered food at 9pm. At 10:17pm my order started getting made. All of a sudden the order was cleared from the tracker and I didn't even get a refund. The workers probably were too busy getting high instead of making sure my food was made well before their closing time.

Had to wait 20 minutes for chicken to be cooked this was at 1:00 when they should have had plenty of chicken. How do you run out of chicken on a Sunday and all you specialize in is chicken.
