Very clean and friendly staff, food was good. The Greek salad was especially good. Almost ordered the Country Fried Steak, but after finding out the owner and chef were Greek we went for Eggplant parmesan. A little different presentation, fried eggplant placed on a bed of spaghetti noodles and covered with marinara sauce, and a generous portion of mozzarella cheese and Parmesan.

Food quality is not the same since new owners took over restaurant. The past couple of times we ate there the food was not as good. Service was great, atmosphere was great. Food came out quickly. But some of the food was not as hot as I would have liked for it to be. They say same cook, but I think new owners are using different ingredients to fry foods. I used to love the fried porkchop dinner and fried chicken dinner. The last time I got porkchop dinner they were very fatty, poor quality meat. The same with the chicken dinner, chicken was tough. Again poor quality meat. They dont season their veggies at all, seems like they open cans put in pot and dont put any seasoning on them. I'll have a hard time recommending or eating there again and we used to go all the time. Such a shame. New owners should want to continue in George's footsteps. He was an awesome employee/supervisor and cared about how food was. I really hated to see him go.

The food here is unbelievably good, with very generous portions. Everything made from scratch, even the rolls it seems! We especially like the chicken fried steak (2 pcs), onion rings, and the greens. Service is always with a smile.

Lindsay was our server, she was kind and attentive. The food is all homemade and it is absolutely delicious. My mom is a regular here and she always wants Lindsay's table. We had the carrot cake desert. It was moist, rich, and made with love. Thank you for keeping the deep south roots alive with your authentic restaurant and kind staff.

It was really good food I had grilled chicken and rice and a burger with mayo bacon and lettuce and yes my big back self ate all of it in was sitting it was really good food. service was good but one girl kept on giving me and some of the other people I was with looks and stares but the food makes up for it
