Visiting my brother from NYC. We came in on a Friday evening at 630. Was told “they could not fit a party of 6”. Took a photo of two tables that would’ve suited us just fine. I’m not sure if the server worded it wrong but in addition to the two tables in the pic, there was a booth toward the front available. Take note that the party of a 6 was one Hispanic child, one black child, a lesbian couple, and a hispanic couple. The establishment held entirely white patrons. Disappointed but can’t say surprised. Wondering what the real issue was lol. Will continue to share our experience for transparency via other outlets as well. ??Replying to the owners response: I’m not sure if there’s signage indicating what you’ve mentioned, but if there isn’t - for future patrons and similar situations, there should be. Additionally, our party was comprised of 2 families. We would’ve had no problem being seated as 2 separate parties of 3 in the 2 tables pictured. The reasoning still doesn’t stand.Replying to owners second response: Why should a group of 6 patrons have to ask the establishment how to seat us? Do we work there? Should you not accommodate the patrons if you really wanted the business? That would’ve been mentioned if those were the intentions. If I’m willing to give YOU the business especially with a group of 6 the least you can do is present us with the accommodation or offer what else could be done. Not sure why that needs to be said.Additionally, taking photos of individuals in public places is not illegal. She happened to be in the picture when I took a photo of the very available tables. But I’m sure you’re aware of that.I won’t waste my time continuing to go back and forth because I’m sure that we didn’t miss out on much anyway. But my humble suggestion is that you’d take this as a learning experience to do better. ?

The pizza was decent but overpriced. As a native from New Haven, the New Haven pizza was a little disappointing. The crust was great and on par. Sauce was a little too sweet, but the other flavors were pretty good.My husband and I like to top off our pizza joint experiences with a good cannoli. The cannolis were terrible. They tasted like the way gas station soap smells. They were like full of orange zest. We both ate half and threw away, wasn’t worth finishing. We drove here from the Upstate of SC to try it out because we’re that serious about New Haven Style pizza. Weren’t that impressed. No experience with dining in, but as the parents of two young kids I’m glad we didn’t. Seeing how other families are treated in the reviews is crazy

The older woman is really nice, the gentleman well he brought some NY attitude with him. The food was okay the cannolis had way to much lemon zest and not enough chocolate chips and almond extract of some sort in it but the shells were delicious. I love a fried calzone like in Pizza Town in NY and NJ but they did not have enough riccotta and there dough was to thick but for the south it was good.

- Ordered the New Haven 3 times. All 3 times it was chewy, and felt like it was undercooked. 2/3 times the pizza box was getting soggy from all the oil on the pizza which I found appalling. Couldn't eat the pizza without oil dripping off.- 1st experience was a 6/10- 2nd and 3rd was a 3/10- Considering the establishment advertises as authentic New Haven style, it sadly was not.- However not all is bad the New Haven flavor was excellent. 10/10- If they could cook the pizza longer and have them coming out with much less oil and not soggy it would be excellent.- The price of the New Haven is justified if they can fix these issues.

Absolutely Delicious pizza! My favorite is wood fired. The two we ordered were flavorful and cooked fresh. Service was friendly and relaxed. Nice music & clean restaurant. *This isn’t Pizza Hut. It’s a specialty pizza restaurant that serves an authentic style. We were pleased with our first visit.

Unfortunately I was a little disappointed, I believed the name but...... the dishes seemed to be made with ingredients taken from the discount store, the hospitality and the service leave a little to be desired, some may like it but I won't go back again.Given the rude and impolite response, I change my zero star rating, I add that I am a real Italian who lives in Italy and I know the real Italian ingredients, the translation is made by Google and criticism must be accepted to improve, not to insult, as far as my evaluations take the whole thing into account and are personal so see for yourself.Thanks for the attention

I tried to eat here and was I was discriminated against because of my skin color. They said they couldn’t sit “large” parties of 5 even though on the website it says 8.
