Me and my family are still sitting here waiting to leave because our waitress put our credit card in the machine on the table and just walked off .... 15 minutes has went by and we finally had to ask another waitress for assistance to get a receipt to see what we got charged for only to see that there was a 22$ tip added to our bill that we DID NOT add!!! We never even seen the tip screen!!! I definitely asked for a manager at that point!! When we got here we immediately got put at a table! The restaurant itself was fine it was honestly just our server who ruined our experience! When she initially brung our drinks she brung my daughter the wrong drink... By the time my daughter got the correct drink she was already done with her food!! I ordered a burger a long with the fish and chips combo and didn't get the burger till everyone at the table was finished with their food!! My son's plate was missing his French fries! My fiancee ordered the 8 oz steak and when he got his plate the steak was literally smaller then his hand!! The food that did come out came out all at different times like my kids was practically finished with their meals by the time the steak came out! It was just an over all horrible experience!!! I will definitely not be back or recommend anyone to come!!

I usually really like going to Applebees but this visit was not all that great. The Bourbon chicken was dry and a bit overcooked on the edges. My wife had the ribs with fries. The ribs were ok with plenty of them, but the fries were overcooked and hard as a rock. Like I said not a usual visit from other Applebees that I have frequented. Would probably pass on eating there again if I was in the area.

I had a really pleasant experience at Applebee's! The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure everything was just right throughout the meal. The food came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor - exactly what I was hoping for. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, perfect for enjoying a nice meal out. It's always great when a casual dining spot like this delivers both great service and good food. I'll definitely be visiting again!

The fries were so bad it was comical like there was literal laughter as we crunched on them, they might as well should be called burnt kettle chips. The burger was great but had no pink. The Ai couldn’t understand our order, but the operator was nice and the lady that gave us our pick up order was sweet. The meal was also slightly over priced.

TRAVIS is the very best server we have had in a long time. This man was attentive, helpful, on point, and catered to us like we were at a 5star restaurant. He deserves a RAISE. Way to go Travis and thank you for making our dinner date night amazingly enjoyable. We will for sure call ahead to make sure your working before coming up there.

I’ll give this a 3 based off my last two visits. I would have gave it a 1 star just based of my last visit but you can tell when the GOOD manager is working. Bc she shows herself greets tables to check on how the service is going. I had not one single problem with her on shift. Now I don’t know what they had going on a few days ago but it was the total opposite. My family of 4 walks in we aren’t greeted for a solid 2 minutes. It didn’t bother me, I’m patient. What bothered me was our server had barely any tables but took 5 minutes to get to our table. I love a good restaurant family though bc the host noticed and asked to get ours drinks for her after noticing us sitting for awhile. Finally we get our drinks and our server is immediately ready for our order my husband said he needed a few minutes so she walks away and 60 seconds later comes back and says ok yall ready now. Sure, we order the 2 for 25$ the fettuccine Alfredo….. tell me why they bring me penne noodles. I’m confused I’m looking confused when my server drops it at the table but instead of using common sense and seeing my facial expressions is simply NOT satisfied she just walks away. Doesn’t ask does everything look alright nothing.. then disappears off into the kitchen. I had enough time to grab a menu off the hostess stand just to check and see maybe I’m crazy maybe it said penne noodles sure enough it didn’t. I eventually speak with our server a few minutes later and ask to speak with the manager. Bc who just puts food on your plate you didn’t ask for and expects it to be just okay with us. She goes well I’ll check and see why they did that. Instead of grabbing the manager she comes back and tells me the manager said the noodles will be ready in 10 minutes and we could wait if that’s what we wanted…. HUH I said no maam I want to speak with her. The audacity of this blew my mind. So we waisted an hour left hungry. And still had to pay for our kids meal. Now I’m not sure if the drink on the kids meal comes with the meal anymore but I was charged for a additional kids drink when we only had the one with the meal and charged us separately for the wings that came with our 2 for 25. Nobody had decent customer service skills in there at all that night maybe the host with the rings and that’s about it. BUT THAT OTHER MANAGER THO WHEW SHE DERSERVES A RAISE. (I wish I had the names of whom I’m speaking about)
Food is great! However, their cups are filthy and its very disturbing. Some kind of substance was left on the inside of them and served to us with our drinks inside! Honestly I am upset.

The food absolutely sucked.. my granddaughters meal wasn't even cooked all the way ( pizza child meal).. the boneless chicken wings were cold and the classic burger wasn't even classic.. just a hamburger in a bun .. NEVER RETURNING THERE AGAIN.. and the waitress was rude when I pointed out everything about our food .
