Went Friday for lunch. We was seated immediately at a table. 30 mins no one to are table. We had to find a person to take are order ! Then they had horrible attitude, , not at all busy. 4 customers in total. Place should be shut down! No thank you! I’m not pasting anything nor do I want free food or discounts., just want yall to know why you’re business is falling!

I absolutely hate this store. I have ordered door dash several times over the last two years and it is ALWAYS wrong. Tonight both steaks were overcooked, my mashed potatoes ended up being an inch of cheese sauce, all of the other 4 sides were missing, and my 30 dollar steak was the size of a freaking chicken strip ill post a picture of that nonsense. To make it worse it took more than an hour just to get someone on the phone between the robot answering and phones just ringing and hanging up. This store is an absolute waste of money, AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS! I basically just threw $150 in the toilet

Danica our server was the best thing about this place. The food all looks to be microwave quality and is not good unless you're using it as a stomach buffer for alcoholic drinks... and I don't drink.
Why is it so hard to hire employees? Everytime I come here at night there is only two servers and a ton of people trying to come in to eat. Poor service because servers are too busy running around. Yall got to do better and atleast have four servers at night. Long seating wait times is ridiculous. Sad this is the only restaurant opened up late? Your male host looked stressed as idk what that shouldn't be like that.

I can't comment on the food because I didn't stay long enough. Went in around 3 pm, very slow, two servers on the floor (one was the bar tender) took 15 mins to get any service. I was one table among 3 seated. The bar tender could have cared less about getting me a water at the very least. This place is gross, it stinks, it's dirty, and the service is non existent. Applebees is not a place I expect great food or service, but this experience dropped well below my limited expectations of the brand. When the Bartender walks around at a snail's pace and could care less, I'd rather walk out and go eat McDonald's, and that should tell you something. What an embarrassment the brand has become. The owner needs a complete change of staff. Can't speak for the cooks, I didn't eat.

Walked in, over 3/4 of the tables were empty. The seater had 3 groups including us waiting to get a table. I watched the waiter nod to the seater to seat a group. Waited 15 minutes and left. I understand there was only 2 or 3 waiters, but at least seat people and explain it may be an extra couple of minutes til you get to them. Won't be back.
