Onion rings so good! Husband loved hamburger! Good chicken salad sandwich. Fries made crisp to order. Everyone pleasant. Looking forward to going back to try other menu items.

I loved their old location. This one does not have the same nostalgic vibe. The owners did try but "no cigar".However, the food is good. The Ruben sandwich was absolutely perfect. Best ever!

Our first time in Aiken and here for a wedding. The rehearsal dinner was held upstairs here and it was lovely and delicious. Impressive bar area with wonderful bartenders. We decided to come back Sat for lunch. What fun! The atmosphere is very retro and the booths are comfy and new. Order at the counter, then sit down. Menu was expansive and reasonably priced. Def order the chicken and dumplings. Lots of seating including outdoor along the street. Worth the visit!!

A new favorite breakfast spot! Totally cute and fun spot in downtown Aiken. My daughter loved the retro style. We popped in about ten in the morning so it was pretty empty. You place your order at the counter. There is plenty of seating to choose from and even a few outdoor tables out front. This location was once a Fresh Market so it's very roomy. Besides the main floor dining rooms, our charming server told us there were three lounge areas. My daughter ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on ciabatta bread with fresh fruit. She declared it "the best breakfast I've had in while". I had a cheesesteak breakfast sandwich. Except for having to add a little salt it was perfect. Grilled onions and peppers and melty cheese, what's not to love? My side was a fried pimento cheese grit cake. It was crunchy on the outside with a creamy center. It was unusual and delicious but rich. I couldn't finish it. Drinks are self serve and the coffee was good and hot. We are already making plans to come back for lunch. They have blue plate specials everyday and are open until 3:30 with all day breakfast.

Food was amazing! Best Gumbo I’ve had in years! Friendly staff. Gave 5 stars because this place deserves it but listen y’all need to do away with the way customers have to order first at the counter. Thank you for a great meal ?

Love the carrot cake after their fried chicken dinner. The way grand used to cook chicken!

The Restaurant has changed and not for the better. We had to stand in line to order. Charged a service fee for a debit card. Sit yourself and get your drinks. Food was adequate for lunch. Grandson loved the chicken and dumplings. With all the other choices in Aiken I personally do not want to wait on myself. The server was new and did ask us several times if we needed anything.

Great classic diner vibes with modern and classic fare. Breakfast served all day. I had a California club and a grits cake (some amazing concoction that looks like a croquette but is filled with creamy grits. Both were so large I couldn't finish them. Others at my table had burgers and a normal club sandwich. Sides were fries, onion rings, chips. None of which any could finish. Super generous portion sides. Onion rings had that great cornmeal breading. You do have to order at the counter, pay, and then sit down, but that was no big deal for us. Definitely want to visit again and try some baked goods.

Flew out to visit Aiken and was told this was a great place for lunch. I stopped in and had a pimento cheese and bacon sandwich. I was told pimento cheese is "big in the south" so I had to get it. Place has good food, drinks and is in the heart of downtown. If you're visiting, check this one out!

My friends and I loved this charming little cafe. The staff had lots of southern hospitality and the food was very good! The brownie I got to go was delish!

Cute diner in downtown Aiken. Many menu items to choose from and very reasonable prices. I didn’t have dessert this visit but all of their desserts looked delicious. Would definitely dine there again.

Complete disaster for breakfast. Which is shocking considering their lunch had always been a great choice.Ordered a California Sandwich for breakfast with no cheese (allergies). First sandwich came out with ROTTEN avocado. Second sandwich comes out with cheese melted all across the bread. By this time my entire party had finished their meals and asking for a third sandwich was pointless. Also don’t order scrambled eggs. Pretty sure those were powdered eggs.Received a partial refund. Was never refunded for the drink I never even had.As a frequent visitor— I am so disappointed in this experience and definitely will never come back for breakfast again.

The food was good and so was the atmosphere. It reminded me of a 50's diner. I would go back.
