My husband and I had a dinner party for 23 people and unfortunately used Blue Collard Catering for 4 pans of lasagna. It was probably the worst lasagna I have ever tasted in my 70+ years and did not resemble the normal lasagna you would get in any restaurant. There were 2 single layers of noodles sandwiching scrambled unseasoned ground beef with nothing to hold it together. As a result, when you tried to eat it, all the beef fell out onto the plate and separated from the noodles....read full review

I wish I took pictures! The food was presented beautifully, and it was all delicious. We had Blue Collard cater our son’s Celebration of Life. Many of my son’s favorite foods were represented. Everyone raved about the food! The cookies were amazing! We had plenty of food, and beverage. Everything was packed up nicely, and all the leftovers were served at the continuation of the celebration.
I highly recommend Blue Collard!
