I stopped here for dinner and went inside to eat. After waiting more than 5 minutes for someone to come and take the order of the couple in front of me, the staff disappeared into the back. I waited 5 more minutes for the staff person to return to the front register. When she returned she said something into the microphone and then started towards the back area again. I got her attention and asked her if she could take my order. She said she would in a minute. As she turned around to go into the back I asked her if she only processed one order at a time. When she answered 'yes,' I walked out and I don't ever plan to return. When I left, the couple that was in front of me when I got there 10 minutes earlier was still waiting on their food. Bojangles has good food but it isn't worth waiting that long to get it. I went to a nearby competitor and had my food in less than 4 minutes. Avoid this place. This is Slow Bo'

We were at the drive thru for several minutes and no one answered the speaker. We did park and go inside. The girl at the counter had no idea about what she was doing. She had a visitor with her when we first walked up and wasn’t in a hurry to take our order nor did she greet us. When we finally received our to go order she set it on the counter and I had to ask for a bag. She handed them to us and didn’t have any interaction. The manager didn’t seem to care that there were paying customers that took the time to drive to Bojangles. The next customer behind us walked out without placing his order. The restaurant was not clean or inviting. We were very disappointed in how they handle the customers. Located on Hwy 1 in Aiken SC

All I wanted was lunch I'm a trucker that parked across the road at the truck stop but when I arrived the doors was locked they said inside is closed as I walked away they let 2 ppl in to order food so I went back but it was locked again it's 12pm I don't see why they are only using the drive thru and picking certain ppl to enter the building like wth

Our second visit to a Bojangles and it was great. Tasty chicken pieces and strips, and we love that there are tons of side options. We liked the heat to the chicken and the seasoning on the fries is tasty. Great service and all clean.
