I guess whoever is in charge of the gravy had left for the day. The chicken was good but the mashed potatoes and gravy were subpar. The gravy had been on the warming table all day and nobody was adding water to keep it thinned down. The potatoes were the opposite. They were runny enough that I was able to tap the container on my center console and get them to settle to the bottom.

So I have been very disappointed with Bojangles in the past, but this morning was awesome. We got there around 10:45 and got breakfast it was fresh and even more important to me everone there was very polite and nice. I wish all Bojangles were like this one.

Negative experience this visit. The woman who took my order was dismissive and unfriendly. There was no coffee made and after 4-5 minutes waiting, no one had had made an effort to brew any. There was only one other person inside the restaurant but a few customers at the drive through were getting all the attention of the workers.

The manager is on top of that the employees are very helpful to drive-through is quick. The food is hot and fresh and if you like Bojangles, you will love this one and they just rebuild the building. It’s brand new 2025.

Where do I begin. First I love Bojangles Chicken but this place gets bad every time I go there. Can I just come there one day and don't have to pull up. Always something not ready, or we don't have this or that. The rice be swimming in juice and the fries I had was 2 days old it seems like. They staff is terrible and they never puts napkins in the dang box.

Order not correct. Didn't have the cole slaw I ordered. The meal i ordered came with 8 biscuits and I only got 4. $50 dollars for my meal and can't get what I ordered.
Walked in at 8 and asked what time the lobby closed. Worked said 9, I said ok, I was eating in. She huffed at me. I was like, ok, maybe I misinterpreted that. Ordered a 4 piece and a 5 piece. She said they only had enough for the 5 piece and it would be 6 minutes for the 4 piece. I said that's fine and you could tell that irritated her. Also, the air conditioning was set to like 80. Maybe she was grumpy cuz she was warm. Either way, this was my first impression of bojangles and it wasn't positive.

We didn't like it. That's the bottom line. Service was slow. Servers rude and unfriendly. Place was dirty. Every single table was a mess, drink station was a mess. Bathroom was a mess. Floor was a mess. The employees were yelling back and forth at each other the whole time. It was like being at the ball game, it was impossible to have a conversation with your family. The food was unsatisfactory. Overcooked, sloppy, the toppings on my chicken sandwich were either just thrown on haphazardly or not on the sandwich at all. It's like a six year old put it together. Needless to say, we will never patronize this store or this franchise ever again . We got up and just left.

Food was good - not the most amazing Bojangles' fare I've had (I think we were getting late in the day) - but it was perfectly adequate, especially after a long day of travelling.
Staff was actually really awesome.. the kid behind the counter went above and beyond to be both kind and helpful, and even came out a couple times to check on us.

I asked for ranch they gave me honey mustard. Adk for diet mountain dew they gave me diet Pepsi. Drive thru even repeated it back to me. Then wanted to argue with me about what I ordered
