Offel I came this morning asked for a number 7 steak biscuit combo like I always do and asked for coffee with lots of sugar and creamer lady even asked me did I want half n half or French vanilla creamer paid and got my food and coffee got to work no creamers or sugars in my bag had to drink my coffee black biscuit was dry and cold no mustard....in my bag for my biscuit just don't waste your time coming here cause this is the 3rd time I've been disappointed....

I got a chicken biscuit this morning and before i was finished eating it my last bite tasted funny thats when i pulled it apart and realized it was raw!!!!

Just go to North Augusta or any other Bojangels!!! The drive out will be worth avoiding the time wasted here and save yourself from the frustration you have to deal with. I know….. if it’s that bad why keep going right? The answer is that I love Bojangels! And it’s right next to Sam’s and Parker’s where I shop and gas up 🤯 I keep hoping that on day the service will get better and unfortunately I get so excited sometimes that I forget to check the entire order even though I know better. I will say that they are definitely consistent, there will always be something missing! I order a 5pcs and get a 4pcs, I order 2 biscuits and get 1, I order rice and get nothing lol it’s almost like a joke that’s not funny and I’m paying for it with my money and frustration. I see someone said the manager tries the best he can well, he must have been having an off day today. I called 4 times today before someone finally answered the phone. He agreed that my experience today was crazy and thought it was funny. However, didn’t say he would speak to the staff or try to make sure orders are sent out properly going forward. He didn’t offer to redo my order or take my name down for the next visit. It’s almost like he didn’t care or maybe he’s just tired of hearing the complaints, either way it’s sad that an establishment with such potential is so sorry. I guess it’s time to join the crowd and just go to North Augusta.
The food is good.. the wait time is horrible. We have been here multiple times and it's the same each time. Order food in the drive thru and then wait for 20+ minutes in the parking lot....every.single.time. It'd be quicker if we fried our own chicken at the house. One day we'll learn.

First experience here! Food was good. Service was absolutely horrendous. The cashier was talking to someone in the background the entire time I was in line and acted angry that I was there. Barely any words were spoken - she just angrily glanced at me.
When I want to get a better fast food breakfast I go here normally. I deliver for these guys more and I have to say. ?? Great job. Always see smiling faces and the service is amazing. Have a blessed day.
