The service, great and fast. The food, good, fast, hot, fresh. The atmosphere, nah. The tables are dirty, refreshment area literally spits out ice at you, everything is sticky including the mats. Needs a thorough cleaning for sure

The worst bojangles there is!!!!! Every time I've tried this place it's been terrible. They can't even take an order correctly. I give them one star for still being open.

This is the 2nd time I have come here. The 1st time the chicken was burnt, of course I didn't know until I got home. Then tonight 3/28/2025 I ordered drive thru and was told 20 mins that's fine. That was at 807pm it is now 9pm and I still am waiting.

When we went, they were doing a lot of construction which wasn't ideal but it was clean and quiet as it could be... One thing that frustrates me with Bojangles is how they slap biscuits together -- rarely do I find one that will make it easy to eat my breakfast items without them falling apart all over the place. Other than that, I mean, it's a fast food place. The service was good and the girl seemed happy and willing to do her job which seems rare these days.
