First time at Bojangles. We liked the spice on the chicken. Had the mixed meal and the sandwich. The sandwich was pretty good considering I don't normally like chicken sandwiches. Fries were very salty, but I like them that way.

I went thru the drive thru about 7:30am and was parked to wait on bo berry biscuits took them over 45 min to bring them out to us.. you would think they would have more prepared so the wait wouldn't be so so very long.. other the the very very long very long wait time food is excellent..Parking: Lots of spaces to park..Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible easy to enter for wheelchairs..
My order was supposed to be ready at 7:27 . I got to the drive thru window at 7:26 and let them know I had a mobile order and they told me to park in the curbside parking. 7:48 I ended up going inside the store to see if my order was ready and they never started working on it. I am highly displeased and that is completely unacceptable. I waited over an hour from the time I placed my order to the time I actually got my food . I finally received my food At 8:10. I requested online for someone to contact me and for me to get a refund and I have heard NOTHING ! I am livid !

This is my 4th try. I must not like anything they have? This place looks OK from the outside but the inside looks 40yrs torn up, what's the deal?Parking: Good spots. Only two of us here.Kid-friendliness: DON'T. There's hard surfaces everywhere and no place to run.Wheelchair accessibility: Good spacing.
Generally very quick and fresh biscuits in the morning There's the occasional visit where this may not be the case; However most of the time you won't be disappointed as long as you know what to expect, a Bo-Jangles biscuit.
I went through the drive thru tonight, no one else was in line before or after me. I was asked to pull into a spot, no big deal, but it took 15 minutes. I had to ask for my drinks, another 10 minutes went by & I finally walked inside myself. I got home & my meal was incorrect. We all have bad days, I typically would let it slide but walking in to see the employees standing around giggling vs making sure the one car in the parking lot was taken care of would’ve been nice.

It's absolutely horrible. I stopped in to place an order, and there were 5 cars in the drive-through and no one inside. So I attempted to place an order, and they told me it would be a 15-minute wait on chicken. There were young guys coming in and out from the back kitchen area with their pants off of their butts and using profanity. The so-called store manager did nothing. So he asked if I wanted to place an order. I said no. You can cancel it.

We ordered two 4 pc chicken strip supremes Combo and one chicken supreme Sandwich Combo, When We received our order Our chicken strip combo meal the chicken strip were so small . One was smaller than a Popcorn shrimp. It was So small and hard as a brick, it was smaller than the tip of your finger. The other 3 was about the size of your pinky Finger. And it was hard as a brick overcoat and had been Overcooked and been seating out for hours., It literally was the 3 of them was so small, they were smaller than your pinky. About a quarter inch in diameter and 2 inches long. The other meal, it was the same way. Except all 4 pieces were about a 1/4 in by 2 inches. My one side of Dirty rice well, the rest of us say they gave me maybe 3 tsp. And I mean 3 tsp. The only thing that was good was the biscuit.. This meal was right at 35.00 dollars. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN.. This place use to be real good but NO MORE, VERY POOR MANAGEMENT. PS. THE Chicken Sandwich, supreme Combo, Well the chicken was hard as a rock As well and dry as can be.
