The employees are very disrespectful their always late when asking for a order and never have good customer service whoever was at the drive thru window today around 1pm had a very nasty attitude because I didn't know they 5$ bo meal was only at participating bojangles only that should have been her first response when I tried to order it

You better call first and see if they are open and check and see if they even have chicken . So many times have they been closed when they should be open. And many times they been out of food especially chicken. Really... This location is slacking

Ordered dinner via app, easy to use. Ordered the 3 piece dinner with beans and mashed potatoes. Food was hot and fresh. For a fast food place to make homestyle food taste great is not easy to do. Bo does know

I would have done the survey but it was past the 2 days. It was 5:45 pm on a Wednesday. They had to bake the BO berry biscuits for our order. The order was incorrect 2 times with the potatoes. The chicken bites were not recognizable and hard as a rock and cold. The dirty rice , and biscuits were cold and not fresh. Between us and it niece's order, we spent $65.00 for the worst food!! We will not be going back!! Our money should be refunded!!

Since when is a Bojangles not open on a Sunday morning? I guess people just didn’t feel like showing up for work today. Pretty sorry. Don’t waste your time with this one. Just go to the Bojangle’s off of Richland.

Went at 8pm and the doors were locked. Employees saw us at the door and didn't even acknowledge us. Then when we got back in our vehicle they went out the other door to continue smoking. 05/10/25
They get your order Wrong alot!!! Check before you leave.
