You can't get service at Burger King Richland Ave because they are laughing it up having a good ole conversation instead of focusing on customers. Going in or drive thru, you can't get any service. Burger King will go out of business, it's just a matter of time. Hire people who actually want to work!! If you say something they may spit in your food. Stop paying people to just stand there and laugh.

8:41am on Thursday 10/17/2024 doors are locked and no one is responding to multiple people knocking. Drive thru appears to be open but I’m a lineman in a 10 plus foot tall truck working storm damage, can’t go there. Very disappointed.

The food was good, the drivethrough was a little slow, and alot of people not eating walking past my car while waiting in drivethrough..
The kids that work in fast food restaurants these days just don't care. The food here sucks. Which is bad because I really like some Burger King items. But I will never be eating at this restaurant again
