It’s sad that when you get told no mayonnaise do to an allergy you’re too careless or just too stupid to understand that, that means don’t put what the allergy is on the product.

I got to the drive thru about 1:15 to be served with attitude. Ordered a Big fish combo with no pickles and a sweet tea that tasted like the bags busted while making the tea. I unwrapped my sandwich, but my fish looked like the manager had beat it up with her attitude. The manager was an African American female with her hair pulled up into a ponytail. I've could've stayed home, but since I'm a diabetic I had to eat to take insulin. She tried to argue with about I refuse to take back to my car. So I left it right there on the counter. I paid 22 dollars for BAD attitude. Thank you

This place is hit and miss but the burger I got this night hit the spot. The wait was a little long in the drive thru but with my walmart plus subscription discount it was well worth the wait. So if you use Walmart plus don't skip using the discount for Burger King perk
We stoped in for lunch yesterday they were not busy at all so we walk in there was only 2 other guest inside the restaurant there was a person up front she was telling the other guest how she was the manager of the store she saw that we were standing there after talking with the other guest and just ignored the fact that we were standing there waiting to order just plain rude to not only us but her staff as well

I don't go to fast find places often but this particular trip was pretty good. Didn't wait very long in the drive thru and the food was hot and just how I requested. Four stars because the overall customer service could use some improvement. The workers in the drive thru were not very pleasant or well mannered. A thank you and a smile make a big difference but that didn't happen this time
