I have never seen such a disparity in chain restaurants. The manager was rude, the food was cold and greasy, and the restaurant was filthy. In contrast, the Captain D's in Lexington is excellent.

It's kind of a hit and miss. Sometimes it's awesome, but the last time I went, the customer service was not good. I had two meals, and the lady had an attitude because I wanted more sauce. Like dang, you gave me ONE sauce for two meals.out of okra, and the baked potato was hard and dry. It's sad when the employees are mad because you are not satisfied with your food. I'm the one that needs to be mad.

The cole slaw had soured. A damn fly was in the Tea. The manager was aggressive when ask about the fly. Bathroom floor was greasy. Bad experience. Thinking about calling my lawyer.
