Why is a Mexican pizza $7.19 and a small drink $2.49 and a side of sour cream $.95? $11.48 for a meal that is not even worth $5.00.. My first red-light should have been no cars in the parking lot.

Today’s visit and the experience was very disappointing. I ordered 2 white fish dinners with a side okra and broccoli. Along with a side shrimp and fried clams. This order was approximately placed at 12:27pm I set on my phone waiting for my order and at 12:50 pm I asked the cashier how much longer, apparently my order was just sitting up waiting. She told them that she was missing part of the order which was the shrimp and fried clams. The kitchen manager was in the back laughing and giggling with the store manager telling her I thought you drop that already for me. I looked down at my phone and the time was 12:56. What upset me the most is that I watched two costumers orders that was giving to them and I was ahead of them. I immediately ask that cashier for a refund, at which that store manager called herself doing, She tried to brush off my anger with justifying that they were busy. Will not be back to restaurant at all.

I had the 2 pieces of fish and fries. The fish tasted fresh. There actually was enough to share. The girls were very nice, friendly, and helpful. The restaurant was also very clean. We will go back.

I would like to take the time to say thank you for hiring a beautiful staff .Alysnna, jalaysia and the manager Jimmy .The staff is very friendly ,courteous and very manable ,when I left the store today on whiskey road 3816, I was so elated .The two young ladies were very impressionable .so I asked for the manager, and when Jimmy came out I knew why they are the way they are ,because he is a very nice man. out of all the stores that I have attended .(Captain D's )The store 3816 in my opinion is the best it is always like that.I think they should be acclaim for the beautiful work they are doing ,and should be recognized, I Audrey Cummings would like to say thanks again for the beautiful work you did today and every day I hope I spelled every name right because they deserve it.
Card machine is never working to use tap. Let the customer know that the card reader is down until it gets fixed or just reboot it. It's inconvenience to have a tap and unable to use it. It's been months with the same outcome

Waited in the drive thru windows more ten minutes. When the girl opened the windows she slowly put on a glove jus to take my money then shut the windows and never came back till she had food in hand. She was very small portioned and overcooked. Not happy at all.
