Food is delicious. Staff are very accommodating. The manager has to go.

We went recently for the first time years. It has really gone downhill. It used to be a thriving lively restaurant for great Italian style dishes. This time the menu had been greatly simplified, and there is nothing wrong with that if the quality is there. But it was not. We thought it was very overpriced for the dishes we had.

We chose this restaurant based on previous experiences for a birthday celebration. We had an early reservation and the restaurant was not crowded. In particular, the food was disappointing. I ordered lasagna, which was not served hot. My wife ordered chicken Parmesan and it was tough. I'm both cases, the tomato-based sauces appeared watered-down and lacked flavor.
I'm addition, loud conversation among the staff detracted for the experience.
To be fair, this was a one-off from previous experiences where both food and atmosphere were excellent. While this maybe common for chains, etc, a dining experience at this price point comes with an expectation of excellence and consistent high standards.

Casa Bella is fantastic. We have eaten at every other Italian restaurant in the area. They are the best. The food was delicious, the pasta and veal is the best. They are so patient and gracious. The prices match the quality of food and service. Tim was our waiter. He was fantastic.
