Disclaimer: Posting as former employee. The service staff can only handle so much, they are trying their best. Be nice to them cause they are not the ones who are the problem. The kitchen staff does just as well, but they can only do so much. The staff is harassed, abused, and berated by the owner, who is trying, but hardly knows what he is doing. There are no food safety handlers on staff and half the staff are paid under the table. After my resignation, I went to pick up my last paycheck and apparently it was not there; the owner deleted all my hours worked because I resigned mid-shift.At late hours he’d call employees drunk and harass them, I won’t say which type of harassment to avoid libel, yet it was highly inappropriate. The establishment has gone downhill since the parents sold the business to him.If you do visit the Casa, be kind to the staff; it’s not their fault.

Great food. Service was a bit off but I believe they were low on staff. It can be a little loud.

This place used to be fantastic until the menu change. The food is now subpar. Very very disappointing.

People tend to like this place. The food is pretty good, but it's 50/50 on the staff. Valentine's Day it took an hour and a half for us to leave after ordering unfortunately we never got our food. I would say that was rare but That's not the first time we had to leave for excessive

I have been coming here since I moved here 8 years ago because it was close in quality to where I’m from. I haven’t been here in about 9 months and boy have things changed.First, we order a shrimp cocktail appetizer. Five shrimp came on a flat saucer, they were warm as was the cocktail sauce. EVERYWHERE else serves them on ice, this place used to.Next we both got Caesar salads. They also came on warm plates and were very mediocre tasting. What happened to the cold plates? Finally, I ordered shrimp scampi for my entree. First, it had stewed cherry tomatoes on top of it which I’ve never seen anywhere (including here) and the scampi sauce had pretty much no flavor. I kept adding salt hoping it would help; it didn’t.Apparently they’ve changed chefs at least once or twice in the past year. This is a place I’ve always recommended to people. Not anymore. My wife and I decided we won’t be back. This was our go to place for special occasions.Very very disappointed that the one place in Aiken that had the best Italian food is now pretty bad. Our dinner at Carrabbas way significantly better and that’s trouble when a chain place is better than a mom and pop place. For 7 years I never had a bad meal here. Sadly that can’t be said anymore.

Yeah. . .the owner got violent with me on a date. . . Do you think he'd care about customer service with a mere restaurant

Excellent food, service, and location. However, this place is very expensive. Not a place you would go on the regular. Consider this for a date night or anniversary.Parking: Parking nearby is parallel street parking. This is in downtown so, you may have to walk if you don't get lucky.

Went out for a birthday dinner. Had requested a nice table in the restaurant. We were seated close to the bathrooms, and was told there was not another table available. The traffic was ridiculous in the isle between customer’s and the servers. The food was ok at best. The server would ask a question and run away before we even had a chance to answer. Overall a very disappointing dinner on a special night out. Will not return.

We were in town on business and my partner was craving Italian food. We decided on this restaurant and found it nestled inside a beautiful Victorian era house. Our server was new so we had a few hiccups, but she was lovely just the same.I had the chicken parmesan- the chicken was cooked to perfection, but the sauce was off. It had a strange taste and smell- almost like sweaty gym clothes. My partner had veal marsala- it was missing in the flavor dept and needed a bit of salt. However, the atmosphere was lovely!

Food was exceptional. Veal was very tender and mussel appetizer wasn’t over cooked. Delicious Crème Brûlée! Our server Kim was very professional and knowledgable on the history of the house. Great evening at Casa Bella.

The chicken Marsala was chicken with brown gravy. No vegetables or artichokes. I basically spent 35 bucks on a plate worth 12.00

Quality and taste was just okay. Served warm but not hot. From order until served was about 40 minutes. Beer & wine but no cocktails.Beautiful place but in my option was over priced.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options available for up charge.

Great place to eat. Gorgeous. Food was good, chicken Marsala for me. Service was exceptional - right blend of attentiveness and leaving me alone to eat.
