Went inside, first impression for our first visit was the cashier has minimal customer service drive. He doesn’t smile and acted like he was not caring about his job. Ordered a fancy Nancy on croissant with potato soup and a Dixie melt on croissant with chicken soup. The sandwiches were bland and nothing special. absolutely no grapes, 1 small piece of apple in the fancy Nancy! Onion was nonexistent in the Dixie. The soups tasted good. $28 for two sandwiches/cup soup. We were not impressed and with all the places to eat in Aiken they need to step it up.

Chicken salad is great. If you get a meal and get broccoli salad as a side, have them put it in a separate container. Otherwise your bread will get soggy.

I am so glad to have Chicken Salad Chick in Aiken. I have eaten here four times since they opened. Although they are working out kinks, I had wonderful service and the food is always delicious. I enjoy the trio with 3 scoops of your choice. The pimento cheese is good as well.
First time I’m ever eaten at this place and my first time experience was great! Parking lot was clean with plenty of parking available, inside was very clean! I ordered the blt on white bread with chicken salad on it of course (I thought it was an odd combination but why not) and it was absolutely delicious! The service was excellent as well! Definitely recommend this place and will be back in the future!

Little man matt needs to learn how to treat customers especially if you the manager. Next time yall short my wifes order and she confronts you to let you know stuff is missing, I suggest you act like she or any other woman is your mom or wife and you treat them like you would your wife or mother. You question my wife again like she lying and act all rude (rolling eyes and talking to other workers about her ) I'll be up there to show out and you wont like it but others may find it amusing. So I suggest you get you self together and act like what they pay you to be you jerk. Otherwise the Olivia's chicken salad is pretty much our favorite

Our first experience since the new location opened in Aiken ,SC. The food is amazing and we loved the options from, unique salads to pimento cheese and of course the chicken salad. The front line staff are great to offer recommendations and guide you if it's your first time. The cake pictured is amazing. Try the strawberry salad. We will definitely be back.
