The food and restaurant were 10/10, but I was shocked by the attitude from the GM. When I asked if I could order inside before switching with my boyfriend so our 9-week-old puppy wasn’t left alone outside, the GM responded with attitude asking why I couldn’t just order for him. It was my first time at Chicken Salad Chick, and I was extremely put off by the management.
