The food and restaurant were 10/10, but I was shocked by the attitude from the GM. When I asked if I could order inside before switching with my boyfriend so our 9-week-old puppy wasn’t left alone outside, the GM responded with attitude asking why I couldn’t just order for him. It was my first time at Chicken Salad Chick, and I was extremely put off by the management.
When I tell yall, Ms. Katie had it going on today. She gave me great customer service, she could've talked me into buying her lunch. Way to go! Keep doing what you do, it is greatly appreciated!!!
I came with an open mind, figuring I'm going to find a few interesting items. The selections, and their descriptions blew me away. It's a gourmet restaurant masquerading as a Lunch/Light Dinner option. The quality of the ingredients and the spot on delivery of the plates exactly as advertised speaks volumes but not the whole story.
