Waitress completely ruined the dinning experience. Ordered fajitas and took 15 minutes to get tortillas to eat the meat and toppings with. Manager took food off ticket but I didnt even eat it as it was not hot any more.

My Hubby and I went out for date night and chose Chili's. It was my first time going. Got there about 6ish, and it was slammed packed. We thought there was gonna be a wait, but nope! We were met at the door with a warm greet and was sat immediately! Our waiter was amazing. Can't remember his name tho, but he took care of us! Our drinks never ran low! Ok... Now the food was AMAZING! I had the trio with the big mouth bites, honey chipotle motz sticks and chicken crispers in buffalo sauce! The motz sticks were DELICIOUS. It was my favorite and now my new crave! Hubby had the chicken crispers, brisket quesadillas and Texas cheese fries without bacon! Those were amazing as well! The whole night was laid back and delightful. Good food and service all around. We will definitely be back!

I visited Chili’s with two work friends, and unfortunately, we waited over an hour for our food. In the meantime, we ended up munching through two whole orders of nachos and salsa. By the time our meals finally arrived, I barely had any appetite left. The place was really crowded, and overall the experience was a letdown because of the long wait and the slow service.

Returned after 4 years of not going here. Pleasantly surprised by the increase in service and food prep. Been 3 times recently and will visit weekly. Better ribs than other establishments nearby.

I ordered some appetizers that came with wings. The wings were just plain cold. I told the waitress, she seems uninterested. The little boy manager came by and asked if everything was OK and I said no. He said that was great and walked away. Thanks Chili's for giving food poisoning for Labor Day weekend.

I go to this Chili's pretty regularly, both as a solo diner and with others. I'm always seated fairly quickly and the staff is generally very nice and attentive. I would advise, however, to avoid coming in at around 9pm when they close at 10. The staff is winding down, less attentive, and it took quite a while to get a simple burger and fries. When the fries got to me, they were already cold, which was definitely a disappointment. That said, I'll continue returning to this establishment, just earlier in the evening.
Fries barely warm cheese not even melted on the burger. For 42 bucks. So disappointed. I won’t be back lesson learned. I swear it’s a shame you can’t hardly get a decent meal no where in Aiken

I always have a blast here! The food is great and the drinks are as well!! The triple platter is our favorite with honey chipotle chicken crispers and Southwestern egg rolls and cheese wedges. Super yummy 😋!
