Alisha C. Was amazing. We came in near closing and she offered to make us pico since they were out.
Then we ordered two cups of queso to go with our meals and she asked if we wanted the large bags of chips they come with. When she opened the chip warmer and realized there weren’t quite enough to fill two bags she asked us if we wanted to wait and get fresh chips for both bags.
We decided to do that and she chatted with us while we waited and the entire time she was very kind of bubbly. Overall this was a fantastic experience and one the really showed a level of customer service that far exceeded our expectations!
Highly recommend this location for quality food and exceptional customer service.

This Diablos used to be the best one in the CSRA but for the past year it has fallen entirely flat. The staff cut corners and don’t care about their customers, and the food has become lack luster. I have had better experiences at McDonald’s. Do not eat here unless you want your food cold and workers colder.

Nobody can wrap the burritos right so I have to unwrap them. This one was disgusting from being so soggy and I threw it away. There’s no soap in the restrooms. This Diablos has gone so downhill.

The guy named Andrew was ridiculous. Heard him arguing with someone while the store was full of customers and he kept disappearing when things got busy. No customer service with him whatsoever. I've been hearing that he likes to ride the clock and stay after closing longer then needed. Can't believe they have someone like him as a shift leader. They definitely need to think about who they give that position to.

This was one of my favorite restaurants but recently the quality has gone down so much. This is about the fifth time in the past two months I’ve walked in and the pico is in huge chunks like they got too lazy to actually chop it and today the lettuce was straight of out a salad mix from the grocery store not shredded at all. At this point I’d rather drive across town to the other location then try and get a bowl from here because it’s getting ridiculous.

black gentlemen with orange hair and a feminine accent served me my food, i got a junior burrito and received 3 cubes of steak on my $8 burrito, yes i counted 3 cubes, 3! Ridicolus, then i said something and he said, “yeah that’s all you get.”
the manager there is extremely rude, the management there was poorly. I prefer you to go to Richland road they have better service and respect and stocked food. they should honestly add back the old manager George, he knew how to treat the customers and employees with care and respect and always helped out his team when they needed him and the food was always stocked.

Went there today after a long stressful day of work and unfortunately my card wasn’t working at all, I had no cash on me and I felt guilty for them making me the burrito and apologized and said my card wasn’t working, I went back to my car and a sweet girl (one of the workers) with beautiful green hair rushed out saying she could pay it for me. I’m struggling enough already financially as well as mentally and that just made my entire week, I couldn’t help but cry when she left. I wish I had gotten her name but she was so incredibly sweet and she made my entire week. Thank you so much for saving me and putting a smile on my face after struggling today. ?

Went in tonight deciding to give this location another try after our last wasn’t great. We had gotten stale taco shell bowls, the sauce was watery and they hardly had any toppings! Only to have the rude manager ask us “what” rudely and we asked for fresh taco bowls tells us the taco bowls were just made at 3 and it was 6:20 when we went in. We like the bowl to be hot and fresh and never had an issue getting any location to make a fresh one for us. We will NOT return to whiskey road location. Save yourself the time and go to the one on Richland Ave staff is always very polite and the food is always great, sauces aren’t watered down either!

This is for the one located on Whiskey Rd in Aiken. I went in on 3/9/24 at around 8:30pm and it was just an awful experience. The blonde younger girl working seemed to have an attitude, when she made my bowl I never seen such a small bowl? And it appeared they just stocked the bar so they weren’t low, the back of chips I got filled the bag about a fifth of the way, and not only that the chip were stale. No I know me going in so late that could be normal but these were so stale that they seemed 5 days old I could hardly handle bite a piece of or even break one in half breaking a piece of plastic would have been easier. And I really wish I was exaggerating. Terrible all the way around
