The employees were very kind, every time I come in they are so nice to me !! They make my food perfect!! The only reason for two stars is the manager was being so rude to her employees.. treat people with kindness .. it looked like it was someone’s first day and she said hurry up these people want their food .. she was being very rude to them, I didn’t like that at all.. I will not be coming back when she’s in there. If y’all wanna keep employees treat them respectfully and with kindness.. I don’t know how they work there..

Hey I came in around 5:30 and it extremely hot in there so hot me and my family didn't feel comfortable eating and throw away our food my daughter started to not feel good the lobby was trashed and the bathroom was in horrible conditions it was so bad I didn't even wanna eat at my favorite food place

Went there today and I have never gotten such a small portion of food before. This is the first time I’ve seen this. It’s usually well worth the$20 for a meal. The worker put a small amount of meat on the quesadilla, I said a little more please and she put a micro portion on it, so I said just give me double meat. She added a teaspoon portion. Shame, I may find another favorite eating place.

Edit: The manager at this location is phenomenal! Great customer service, she definitely made things right by me, going as far to remake my food herself. Food tasted great as usual, chips were crisp and perfectly salted, meat was flavorful and the quesadilla was grilled perfectly. I truly appreciate the customer service Diablo's has to making things right! Thank y'all!
I've been a consumer of Diablos since they came to North Augusta back in 2016-2018ish. always consistently delicious, great portions, and yummy chips.
Today I didn't get that experience. I usually order my go to quesadilla on doordash every couple of months as a treat or when I've had a bad day as a pick-me-up. But to my surprise, today when it came the food was lackluster as best. Blander than usual, no signature portion size, and the chips were so stale they tasted like they had sat out for a week.
Not the consistency and quality I have come to expect from them at all. I'm quite disappointed and will likely be taking diablos off my list of comfort restaurants in the area.

Alisha C. Was amazing. We came in near closing and she offered to make us pico since they were out.
Then we ordered two cups of queso to go with our meals and she asked if we wanted the large bags of chips they come with. When she opened the chip warmer and realized there weren’t quite enough to fill two bags she asked us if we wanted to wait and get fresh chips for both bags.
We decided to do that and she chatted with us while we waited and the entire time she was very kind of bubbly. Overall this was a fantastic experience and one the really showed a level of customer service that far exceeded our expectations!
Highly recommend this location for quality food and exceptional customer service.

This Diablos used to be the best one in the CSRA but for the past year it has fallen entirely flat. The staff cut corners and don’t care about their customers, and the food has become lack luster. I have had better experiences at McDonald’s. Do not eat here unless you want your food cold and workers colder.

Nobody can wrap the burritos right so I have to unwrap them. This one was disgusting from being so soggy and I threw it away. There’s no soap in the restrooms. This Diablos has gone so downhill.

The guy named Andrew was ridiculous. Heard him arguing with someone while the store was full of customers and he kept disappearing when things got busy. No customer service with him whatsoever. I've been hearing that he likes to ride the clock and stay after closing longer then needed. Can't believe they have someone like him as a shift leader. They definitely need to think about who they give that position to.
