Went in tonight deciding to give this location another try after our last wasn’t great. We had gotten stale taco shell bowls, the sauce was watery and they hardly had any toppings! Only to have the rude manager ask us “what” rudely and we asked for fresh taco bowls tells us the taco bowls were just made at 3 and it was 6:20 when we went in. We like the bowl to be hot and fresh and never had an issue getting any location to make a fresh one for us. We will NOT return to whiskey road location. Save yourself the time and go to the one on Richland Ave staff is always very polite and the food is always great, sauces aren’t watered down either!

This is for the one located on Whiskey Rd in Aiken. I went in on 3/9/24 at around 8:30pm and it was just an awful experience. The blonde younger girl working seemed to have an attitude, when she made my bowl I never seen such a small bowl? And it appeared they just stocked the bar so they weren’t low, the back of chips I got filled the bag about a fifth of the way, and not only that the chip were stale. No I know me going in so late that could be normal but these were so stale that they seemed 5 days old I could hardly handle bite a piece of or even break one in half breaking a piece of plastic would have been easier. And I really wish I was exaggerating. Terrible all the way around

I order take out weekly from here. Last week the prep and kitchen looked like 5th graders were on shift. Very few toppings were readily available and the cashier prep person didn't change gloves. A complete mess that day.

This review is for the Whiskey Road, Aiken, SC location only. They have a very high turnover rate and as a result the service is not as good as it should be. We frequent this place quite often and we like the food, but never know what to expect. Today was a mess. Apparently, many new employees and there seemed to be only one seasoned employee. After we got out order they had not yet put the self serve salsa out for customers, we had to ask for it. And when we were leaving, I noticed they hadn't even put a trash bag in the trash / food receptacle yet. I am sure they will have quite a mess on their hands when they realize it. Not sure if the employees are under paid, or management / supervision is unbearable to work for, but they need to figure it out.

Placed a moblie order for pickup with some friends who also did the same. When my friend got there, there wasn't a single customer in there. She said the names for the mobile orders and they weren't even made yet, dispite us placing them 30 minutes prior. When we finally got the food, EVERYTHING was incorrect. When i called to ask for a refund the woman on the phone laughed at me. They eventually wrote my name number down to call me when the manager got there so we could get it situated. I have yet to receive a call.... avoid this place. Side note: the food i ate gave me food poisoning.

I used the website to place an order for pickup. Said it would be ready at 645pm. I arrived and stood by mobile pickup area but the staff totally ignored me. Nobody even made eye contact. After feeling like a ghost for literally 5 minutes, I proceeded to stand in line behind the other customers. When my turn came, I showed the guy the order on my phone. Then he went to the machine and pulled my ticket. It hadn't even been made yet. Ordering online literally took twice as long as just walking in and ordering. Complete disrespect for my time and patronage. I'll be driving to the other one in town from now on.
I have been a customer of Diablos since they opened off of wheeler rd in Augusta Ga……. This location is horrible… the rice selection looked like it had been sitting for a long time…… all the meats were separated……all they had was white and spinach tortillas…..The spicy chicken tasted burnt and it was cold.

Good morning. The time now is 11:41 am Wednesday August 16th 2023. I am writing you because I wanted to leave a great review of the customer service I received on my visit today.There were 4 ladies in there that I wished I had gotten thei names. I never experienced anything from a restaurant before. The young lady fixed my order but as she did, she noticed the food was not "up to par."I would not have known that. All of them were extremely courteous, respectful, and most importantly honest. Thank you to all of those women especially the one who took the time to redo my order.

Ordered a cup of queso, and this is what I received. Also got NO chips with my order. My boyfriend doesn't eat diablos so he didn't know when he brought it to me, but I usually get 2 bags of chips. What the heck? Do better.
