The manager, Chris Ruston or something like that, is very rude and unprofessional. I called twice and spoke to him in person and before I could even say anything, he was huffing and puffing and acting like it was a huge inconvenience for me to be even ordering or calling that store. Now this is just the “manager” alone. On a separate occasion I ordered delivery and said for the driver to set it on my porch. She proceeds to call me from her car, from the road to tell me she was there and to come get it. I will never order from here ever again and I will tell everyone about my experience. I hope this issue with customer service and this “manager” gets corrected. Just sorry. Do better. Be better. There’s no excuse for this gross and disgusting behavior ESPECIALLY towards customers.

I was highly disappointed I really wanted a supreme pizza so that’s what I ordered to get home and my pizza wasn’t cut and then while eating it we found a long piece of blonde hair on it.

As I was waiting for my pizza’s to come out the oven, a delivery guy came in from the side door. He threw his pizza bag on the counter, walked over to a computer, touched the mouse and all, then walked to the other side of the kitchen and started making pizzas. (Putting the toppings on them) he never washed his hands, nor did he put gloves on. Needless to say, I was glad my pizzas had already been made me coming out the oven. Glad his dirty bare hands weren’t the ones assembling mine.
Ordered online so our food is ready when we get there. Online said complete so we head in. Pizza is not ready. Why have the app tracker say complete when it’s not. Seems like you wait your wait time to look better than it is!

First time happening but order a pizza 10/23/24 and it was dry and kinda hard wasn't satisfying at all had to really encourage my kids to eat and that was a first because they love pizza and the honey BBQ wings was wack also

It was one of my better Domino's experience. The food was solid for quick chain pizza. The people inside were extremely nice. The location could have been a little cleaner but they were working their butts off. The cheesy bread that Domino's has created is pretty damn good and we will definitely be getting that again just to go with some of our regular meals

Completely unhinged employee screamed at us for parking our car. We had a trailer and we had to take up 2 spots in a lot that had several other spots to park at 9 pm. They weren’t even busy only worker delivery cars were there. She wanted to park by the door because she was lazy and pissed off she had to park in a further spot. She started screaming at us to leave but parked blocking us in so we had no where to go. Then she got out of her car and kept screaming until two other employees came out and told us it was fine to park there. Of course we didn’t want to eat food prepared by this crazy b/&/h. So we left. Requested they watch the video and they said they were unable for some reason. This woman needs to be fired. I can only imagine what she does to the food. We were verbally assaulted in the parking lot by an employee in uniform acting completely out of the scope of their job. We’re filing a police report and reporting this to corporate. I want that video dominos, I saw the cameras.
