All I did was grab a water, but it was very calm and peaceful inside, it felt nice. The girl working behind the front counter, was super polite and had small talk with me which made me laugh. All I got wanted was a water, but the front counter lady and the atmosphere made it a smooth transaction. I will definitely come back here for coffee, and water 😂.

I have been to a lot of Dunkin’s and this is the worst one. There is always a problem they are having, from not having the donuts ordered in my app to being out of syrups for drinks. This time I decided to go in and order in person but planned on paying with my app. I preloaded money and selected a deal I was planning on using. Well surprise they can’t accept app payments at this time and they wouldn’t honor the coupon on the app either. I have finally learned my lesson, I will not be returning to this location.
Kid-friendliness: They decorated for Halloween with dollar store decorations and then yelled at my kid for touching a decoration they had sitting on the table.

This Dunkins has some of the friendliest staff when I go to this location. My drink is always delicious, and of course I can't leave out the glazed munchkins. They are so good. My daughter and I also love the fact that when we order lemonade for the little ones, and we have raspberry added to it, it still looks like regular lemonade. It doesn't have the red coloring in it, which is a really good thing. I usually go to Dunkins at least once a day, and then I have to make sure my daughter and grandkids get their treats from Dunkin too, so depending on if I've already been that day or not, it could be my second Dunkin run or my first. Thank you for the great customer service at the Richland store ladies. All of you are doing an excellent job making sure that I happy.

Me and my mom came through to get the $6 meal deal and it was horrible. The hashbrowns were cooked in old grease and we are bringing them back to show y'all. They were soggy and not light and crispy. The medium iced coffee had regular sugar instead of liquid sugar and tasted like black coffee. We were not satisfied at all.
This is my first time in 5yrs placing an order in person. I am not familiar with the menu. The person who took my order the first time was annoyed with me because I kept adding to the donuts she already bagged for me and rushing to wrap up my order. She wasn't friendly at all. So I went back in line to place the rest of my order. Tori took my order, and she gave me an excellent customer service. Tori was very patient, pleasant and kind Thank you, Tori.

I'm sorry but I have tried this place too many times. I'm not sure if I'm getting the same crew every time but my drink is never correct. One avocado toast has barley any bacon and then the previous one had a lot. Spoiled milk once and the frozen taste like water. I try to explain the drink i get from starbucks to their menu to relate since other dunkin donuts stores have done it but not this store. ?

I love Dunkin, but this location is really going down hill. My drink orders are usually right, although not always full when I pick them up. But my food orders are nearly always wrong. Every time I’ve ordered a donut recently, they’ve either been stale or poor quality. Had a Boston cream today with all the icing melted off and couldn’t eat it.

Went for the first time last week, wonderful customer service and perfectly made drink .Decided to go again today, service was so so, but the drink was awful. Nothing like what was served last week. Whomever was making drinks today had no clue what they were doing.Zero consistency.
