Wake up wraps are never hot and cheese isn’t fully melted. Apparently this location started verbally asking for tips on cards at the window. Added $1.00 to my order and it showed as “other” on my receipt. The staff asking for a tip and putting me on the spot at the window was awkward and uncomfortable… especially when my orders are never right.

Didn't have half the food we ordered, coffee wasn't made right and the lady working the counter didn't know how to do a refill on a Dunkin travel mug and did up a large coffee instead that didn't fill half the cup.

I buy coffee. Unfortunately the last few times I have been there the employee area was very dirty. The garbage was over flowing. Things piled in the sink. The coffee machine filthy and milk all over the counter. I won't be going back.

Food was good, drink was bitter and tangy. Service horrible at drive thru. I had to ask for my receipt and ask for napkins because none were in the bag. This was my first time here. Definitely will not visit this location anymore.

Food quality and customer service lacks!! I returned to the store due to missing cheese on sandwiches. I asked for the manager and a young lady stated that she was her assistant. She took the sandwiches from me and said, she would fix it, only to return the sandwiches to me with added unmelted cheese. These sandwiches will be cold by the time we get home and not as enjoyable when they are freshly made. I could have just went home to add cheese myself and put them in the microwave. Which is still what i will have to do :(. My kids could have eaten sooner and I did not have to waste my time or gas for a meal that isn't up to standard. Also, there's No working phone number I tried to call twice before driving back.
Love their egg bits and everything bagel bites and my coffee is always good sometimes a tad too sweet but always good

Wow. I usually love this location, but I was beyond disappointed today. Stopped by for my mother and I before leaving for our beach trip. She placed a mobile order and accidentally placed it right before I pulled it. No biggie, nobody was behind me. Instead the workers told me to never do that again, and threw all of my frosted donuts into the bag upside down and soaking wet. Disgusting.

I just walked into this location for the first and the last time. They had about 8 works all standing at the front, 2 of them workers were so worried about placing their own order and no taking care of the customer in the store. When the order was ready never let the customer know, just sat it on the counter. I will be keeping my money and tips on local stores.
