I paid over $7 for a chai frappicino with whip cream and caramel drizzle plus a shot of espresso on the side. I got a hint of chai mostly ice and very little caramel drizzle even though I paid extra for the whip an caramel. There was no fresh shot of espresso it was a tiny cup of old coffee. I was so disappointed, I didn't even go back. I just threw it all away. Won't be returning..spend your money at Starbucks, it's worth it.

Hate to say that the Dunkings meal deal was definitely a huge letdown! Hash browns burnt and cold. The sandwich was ok, but the egg tasted off, did not finish 😬. My coffee was perfect, and my order came quickly, just not up to standards. And had to get something else to eat from another place. It's not a deal. Edited Nov 15 2025: Was clean and quick service with each worker actively working! My drink was perfect!

This is the Boston cream doughnut I received this morning.
The drive-thru was a bit busy around 7-7:30, but our drive-thru attendant was really friendly and able to recommend several drink options. I tried the Halloween menu, and the Munchkin Bucket did not disappoint. There’s a lot of donuts with various different options for everyone. The Potion Macchiato was good at first (as we were drinking the purple sweet bottom half), but once we stirred it up we realized we needed coffee creamer. I was disappointed that the Potion wasn’t as vibrantly purple as displayed on the menu; instead, it’s a lavender.

6 and 6 means 6 sugar 6 cream. NOT 6 EVERYTHING. Thanks for the syrup drink with the 6 mocha swirl pumps in it as well.... -_- I love drinking syrup with no coffee. And thanks for the tator tot mush. The job isn't that difficult. Speaking from an old former employee of a very busy Florida Dunkin. Get it together. Or simply just work at a dump, if you cant manage simple orders.

The customer service was exceptional I will give them that but the hash browns were not edible. I know the cooking staff saw how bad they were burned before serving to customers. This batch should’ve been thrown out. The bagel was ok.

Horrible service. Had to repeat my order more than once. They don't listen to what you're saying is they listened and instead of being rude they'd get an order right kept trying to charge me for 3 drink when I only ordered 2

This is the third time in the last month that I have had the worst service I have ever had since I moved down here 5 years ago. The amount of attitude that I received is ridiculous, the first incident it was early they just opened but I also just got out of the hospital with my 3 year old who had a concussion, I was running on no sleep and just wanted coffee. Tonight it happened yet again, I get that it was getting close to closing time but that is no excuse especially coming from someone who is a waitress and has worked in the food industry for 15 years this is unacceptable. There were 4 girls there and all they did was laugh except for 1 but the attitude started at the order speaker and continued from there.
The donuts 🍩 wasn’t fresh but it was ohk 🤷🏾♀️
