Y’all know I love this place! I’ve loved it since it was in the valley! We tried to go here tonight for my 41st birthday with 12 people. We were rudely greeted and told that they could not accommodate more than 8 people. That’s fine! We agreed to split up. They don’t close for hours. Whoever the short brunette is-SHE IS RUDE AS HELL! This is one of my favorite restaurants! She messed up all of that for us tonight! She could have politely told us that they were short staffed, but instead she chose to be rude as hell! Other customers were appalled at how we were treated! Good luck staying open with this type of customer service!
The food was pretty good but the service wasn't that great. I went there after my daughter's ĝraduation. The lady didn't refill a family members cup. Idk first impressions mean a lot to me and so does customer service.
Excellent service and friendly staff. The food was well worth the price. Special thanks to Tim and Brandon.
Ordered on line. Spaghetti dinner w/meatballs side salad and a small bowl of pasta w/meatball and garlic bread. When I picked it up I ask if both spaghetti's were in bag, salad and meatballs I was told they were got home the small bowl of spaghetti and garlic bread was missing.
Nice setting. Vibey. Not too crowded. Although the waiting time was slightly long (20 or so minutes for three subs & a baked spaghetti. But there didn't seem to be many workers, either, so take this with a grain of salt), the customer service was amazing. Kacey (or Kasey? Sorry if I'm spelling it wrong) was amazing. Although they got our order wrong, they gave us mozzarella sticks & remade our subs on the house! 9.5/10 do recommend.
I ordered two slices of plain pizza from this establishment at 6 PM. Dinner hour. It was embarrassingly bad. I've had better pizza in a middle school cafeteria. I'm from New Jersey, I'm not a pizza snob but the final insult to the slop they served me: two plain slices - $9.67. awful product. I don't expect real Italian cuisine down here but man you have to do better with your pizza.
I've been eating Ferrandos since they were on Hwy 421 30+ years ago....quality hasn't changed. Still the best pizza in the CSRA; puts the big pizza chains (Pizza Hut, Domino's etc) to shame ...we live 30+ minutes away and make it a point to come and get a pie to go avery 5-6 weeks or so...and it never disappoints... my wife is from NY and she says this is the closest thing she's had to NY pizza since she moved down here 20+ years ago.
This establishment is clean, staff was professional, friendly, and has great Italian decorations + atmosphere. Multiple TVs for sports and news is nice!
We got the Huge 20inch half pepperoni / half cheese pizza and cheesy breadsticks. The pizza was amazing.. great sauce and cheese flavor! The breadsticks were mouth watering and packed huge flavor. We were told it would take up to 30 minutes to be ready but the order ended up being done in only 10 minutes. Overall, VERY IMPRESSED!
Big shoutout to the cook, Garret? Super friendly, professional and made the experience the cherry on top!
Highly Recommended!
(Note to owner(s), I would highly recommend putting a sign up at your register asking patrons to rate their experience for your restaurant on Google. More reviews mean more customers. Thanks again!)
One of my favorite places to eat
I haven't tried the food yet but was craving some close and convenient Italian. wanted to do take out, but after 4 tries calling them, there's still nobody answering the phones... just keeps ringing until an eventual busy signal. oh well, I guess I'll take my business elsewhere.

Food was okay. Took FORVEVER for the pizza to come out. Small salad and large salad was the same size in different plates. Hospitality was barely acceptable.
First time eating here. I had the lunch lasagna and my wife had a chicken parm sub. The portion of lasagna was way bigger than I expected. If we knew it was that big my wife and I would have shared. The waitress was attentive and courteous. The place was just what you’d expect from a pizzeria
We normally visit the Whiskey Rd location and, thankfully, we know that one to be 5 stars. The Richland location is far from it. When we called to place the order at 7:20 they told us they were so busy it'd take an hour. That was fine. But when we arrived at 8:21, a sign said they were closing at 8:00. If they didn't want to make our food because they were closing early, they could have just said that instead of doing a shoddy job. The order was not correct, food was missing, and the food we did get was luke warm and clearly had been made in far less time than the hour. The dough was overworked and cardboard-like, there was cheese on only the inside half of the pizza. Just really not the kind of experience we'd come to expect. Do yourself a favor, go to the other location.
