Firehouse Subs Shops @ Richland

So I asked for a refund on the potato soup and a stale bag of chip because the soup was inedible and chips were partial open. I was told that their soup is frozen and can vary …..like no responsibility for super liquid and bacon grease soup they served me. My experience prior to this at other locations has been good but they may have lost a great customer over how they responded.

Would be 5 stars if I could just get the pickle i ordered. I made the mistake of asking for 2 pickles on the app and when i picked it up it had only 1 of a comically small pickle. Like an appetizer weenie style pickle size. Thought it was a mistake since i order from here once a week and tried again the next week. Same thing: ordered two pickles get 1 comically small pickle as if to tell me I will be punished for ordering more than one pickle.. really strange.. now I can't even get a pickle on the side when I order my hook and ladder. I thought I was being paranoid and cranky but it turns out this firehouse is run by immature children instead.

Firehouse sub became BETTER than Subway! It taste so much different, you can taste the deliciousness in the subs, and you can get a choice to get a bag of chips, etc.
the employees are amazing, especially the Cashier ones, who communicates. They bring the “lighten my whole day” mood. Thank you, Firehouse Subs!!

Terrible place. The workers are so slow. Took 30 minutes when store was not busy to make two items.

I don't live in the area but occasionally visit Aiken for some business. And from the first day I went here a few years ago up until 2 weeks ago, I've never had an issue with the food, the service, or the shop itself. Please, keep up the great work!
