Even though I've lived in Aiken a long time now, yesterday was my first Flannigan's experience. The staff was friendly and efficient. They were very professional without being off-putting. The atmosphere was funny everyone was smiling and having a great time. And the ice cream...?...so good.My birthday was a few days ago. I didn't know I needed birthday cake cream in my life. But there it was! And it was so good!They have outdoor seat in front and out back. I may talk to management about me bringing my meetup group for ice cream socials.

Great place for local small business ice cream shop. The choices of ice cream or usually pretty good, plus they have superman so that's great. The staff is always friendly. The prices are a bit high considering you could buy a half gallon for the price of a cup but it's worth it for the atmosphere and supporting local business. I'll continue to get my ice cream from Flanigan's. If you want ice cream don't get a basic shake from fast food give Flanigan's a try.

Great little place downtown. They were out of waffle cones. They were out of the coconut ice cream offered on their board. Portions were huge. My husband loved his butter pecan. I had the coffee. It was good. I was just disappointed there were no waffle cones or the coconut ice cream I saw on the board.

This is the second time I’ve tried to go and they’ve been closed with no notice. Walked up to the door and read the paper stating that they’d close early and two employees gave disgusted looks. Seems like plenty of others have had a similar experience.
Just wanted ice-cream after eating at the Fish House. Really great flavors and reasonably priced. My girlfriend love Purple Daze.

We had a birthday party at Flanigan's for my daughter. It could not have been an easier, more pleasant experience for everyone. It was inexpensive and the staff were amazing! They set up a bounce house for the kids and an ice cream bar for everyone who attended. We WILL be doing more events at Flanigan's.

This is an extra special Ice cream cottage filled with a diverse group of flavors that would please any palate. My daughter and I walked to Flanigan's and enjoyed picking out our flavors, Elephant Ear and a Hot Fudge Sunday, and sat on the porch on Bamboo Rocking chairs. The ambiance is so charming and the staff are super sweet and speedy on making our orders! Thoroughly enjoyed this sweet experience! There were no lines after church which we were surprised!
