Great American Cookies - The Shoppes at Whiskey

I am so disappointed in the cookie cake I received from the Stillwater Oklahoma store. I ordered the custom cake 6 days ago. I showed the employee example pictures of Squishmallow themed cookie cakes. They said they could definitely do that and even asked if there were specific Squishmallows I wanted on it. When I picked it up today I was shocked. The examples used pastel colors, but the cake I picked up only used white and hot pink. There were two characters on it that I assume were supposed to be Squishmallows, but looked nothing like any Squishmallow I’ve ever seen. And to top it off the cake wasn’t even fully baked and was still doughy. 0/5 stars. I do not recommend.

I just had an AWFUL experience at the Acworth GA location! Normally the staff are pretty nice but the girl that helped me barely said a word. She didn’t say “I can help who’s next” she just stood there like a deer in headlights. I asked if there was more vanilla ice cream in the back and she didn’t respond. They were out of 5 flavors I wanted, no toppings left, and one of the flavors they did have I have gotten was like slop it was completely melted. I ended up getting a flavor I didn’t really want cause that was all they had left. She didn’t even ask me if I wanted toppings she just made it to-go and started ringing us up. I’m so disappointed in the customer service I received, and it didn’t help that the lady behind me in line was super disrespectful. I rarely leave negative reviews but I will never go back here.

I purchased their Brookie cookie at the Brandon exchange (Brandon Mall) store in Brandon, FL. I am absolutely disgusted that this hair was found BAKED into the cookie. Luckily, my daughter does not just bite into cookies and breaks it apart but that is how she found it is when the cookie would not separate because it was joined with a piece of hair. I expect better than this when paying almost $12 for cookies. I will try and post pics and video in comments.

I ordered online but still had to wait a while. The strawberries tasted like water, but the strawberry shortcake was pretty good.

I pre order a cookie cake for my son class. My friend daughter also goes to that school but the little girl is in 1st grade. I asked if they could place her cookie in a box instead of the bag. I did not want the frosting getting messed up. In order for me to have the cookie in the box Aaron or Eric stated I had to purchase 4 cookies because I could not have a box for one. Although I purchased the cookie cake and wanted the additional cookie nicely packaged.

The cookies are good but not as good as I remembered them. Chewy Pecan was always my favorite and seemed to have a lot less pecans than years ago. Also purchased thru grubhub and was kinda shocked that the 12 cookies were $37 and only $24 if I had waited to pick my selection when I got there.
