Usually one of our favs. So disappointed this last trip. Ordered a "My Wife's Salad" which was all packaged up with only lettuce 4 cheese cubes and a few chopped tomatoes. Ordered a "Turkey, Bacon and Cheese Salad" that had a few pieces of turkey no bacon and some cheese. I called to question the order and was told I could drive all the way back to the store 20 minutes away and get another Salad or get a refund. Never once was i offered an apology. I hope they treat others that have concerns about an order better. It may be a while before we go back. We'll see if they even bother to issue the refund. Probably should've requested them refund the tip as well.

Normally my food is always awesome when I visit this place. I went in at 7:46 I literally paid and grabbed my drink and by the time I sat down they were handing me my food. I said man that was super quick! My sandwiches had been overheated and my bread was extremely hard.
