About 1:45 pm today, 24 July, I went through the drive through and had to repeat my order 3 times, slowly and with very clear diction. I waited 15 minutes at the pick-up window just as the car ahead of me began to leave, but stopped just away from the drive through, and the passenger hurried in to discuss something and to pickup some food—they hadn’t been given. As I waited, no one told me that my order (straight off of the menu with NO special instructions)would take longer (a lot longer) than expected. When I did get my food, the person (no name tag) said, as she turned away and began to leave the window to go into the bowels of the kitchen, “Sorry for the wait.” Never a smile, not even a friendly tone. I truly got the impression she was doing me a big, bothersome favor. Terrible employee behavior and attitude. On the plus side, the burger was terrific, as always.
