This Hardee’s is exceptionally clean with delicious food and a very friendly kind staff and one of the most Courteous kind outstanding managers I have ever met Mrs. Ciara Thomas is above and beyond and outstanding manager and the restaurant in pure excellence!!!

We didn't get the order anything because we were ready to come in and we just parked our car and one of their employees came out and say we can't park there we need to park in the parking lot which we already were parked in the parking lot and they just lost a customer for good and so we just left and went somewhere else and we're not eating here again.

So I’ve boycotted Hardee’s as a whole for over a year because of this one particular Hardee’s. Someone had posted a couple months ago on FB stating there was new management and it had improved “so much” and everyone give them another chance. I’ve still remained hesitant because of the owner etc had ever cared it shouldn’t have gotten to that point to begin with. I tried it again this morning bc I was starving and it sounded good (the good Hardee’s). I ordered BEC and the bacon on both biscuits was translucent and flaccid because it was so undercooked. Absolutely disgusting. Thought I was chewing on my kids slime toy. The biscuits were cold of course but whatever. Through the drive thru window alone you could see cleanliness also wasn’t a concern with this establishment. Hardee’s is one of the most expensive fast food breakfast places and besides BK it’s the worst. What a joke. So much for the major improvements……same old 💩.

I wish there was more consistency. Sometimes they have the best burger and breakfast sandwich from a fast food place in Aiken. Other times it's such a let down. If it has monster in the name it's always good, everything else is a coin flip. Cinnamon raisin biscuits are always good.

If you did not notice they dont say anything about service dogs I had eaten there several ti.es but one day they run my vet buddy and me as well as my service dog , we won't ever eat at another Hardee's due to this I also want all vets to support your our stand against racism the black lady that was manager was talking with her black friends and wanted to show off in front of her friends and threw us out when we walked in the door,Hardee's done nothing to correct their problem ,im not against black people we are all gods children and are all the same I do not see color , but vets and individuals with service animals please support our stand and do not eat at any Hardee's restaurant they do not care that you fought for your country nor do they care about anything you have been threw for this country , please show your support, USA

Tykeyah Love is a excellent customer service she really knows how to make someone day before going in to work. When she took my order she made sure it was correct she read it back to me I order the breakfast platter and 3 sausage and eggs cheese biscuit and orange juice when I got to the window Tykeyah brought my food to the window and repeated my order back to me to make sure that it was correct and offered me some condiments and I was on my way. Thank you Tykeyah for a great service.
