This place was clean. When you sat at the table, your arms didn't stick to it. The waitress was very attentive. The food was awesome. I don't usually eat breakfast food, but that's what I got, and I ate it all. Fabulous environment, service, & food. Can't wait to have to go back to Aiken again cause that's where we will eat.

I’ve been to this IHOP a few times, and one thing’s for sure—the food always hits. Pancakes fluffy, eggs done right, and the bacon is never floppy (shoutout to whoever’s on the grill).
BUT… the wait time is wild. You’ll walk in, see empty tables, and still wait like it’s Sunday brunch after church. It’s giving confusion. I don’t know if they’re short-staffed or what, but it definitely doesn’t match the vibe of how slow it feels inside.
That said, the service is pretty solid once you finally get seated. Staff is friendly, food comes out hot, and they usually get the order right. I’ll be back, just not when I’m in a rush.

Food was okay. Server was nice, but checked on us only once. Lot of hollering in kitchen area about who made all coffee when restaurant is empty. Men's room was deplorable with one nasty, urine covered toilet in service. Both urinals and toilet out of service. Will not return despite decent food. Meal could not be enjoyed. Pam S.

Online service is frustrating and aggravating! That experience was so infuriating we had all but given up on eating IHOP. If I hadn’t been successful in ordering only my New York Cheesecake pancake stack using my “pan” dollars, we wouldn’t have bothered at all. Since we had to still get those I decided to call the Aiken Restaurant and report their technical problems and place a take out order. I quickly discovered the phone number was not in service! This number was attached to the email from the restaurant confirming my New York style cheesecake pancake order was waiting for me. I then had to look to google for an accurate number, take a deep breath, count to ten, and inform the person answering the phone of the problems I encountered on-line in the app, and hopefully order the food everyone still wanted, even though I was certain my Cheesecake, pancakes for stone cold by then. Alexis answered the phone and she was pleasant, apologetic, and professional. That level of behavior is no longer the norm and though she had no authority to modify or rectify the issues, she assured me she will inform her manager. It would have been nice if she was empowered with the authority to offer a reward or offered to remake my cold cakes, but apparently she doesn’t have that ability at this eatery. I do commend her patience and commitment to ensuring she provided a great service.
