Food took 50 minutes the hasbrowns were cold and the classic burger didn't have any taste really bad and they got the order wrong when we asked for no tomatoes on the omelet we are never coming here again

Got there and was seated after about a minute, but unless you sit at a table that’s attached to the floor the tables are absurdly wobbly. It took 45 minutes for us to get our food that had terrible portion sizes and the flavor was forgettable. The service was okay at best but it was just had a weird atmosphere and extremely annoying music playing. To elaborate on the portion sizes I ordered a pancake combo, it came with two small pancakes what looked like a single scrambled egg and maybe half of a potatoes worth of hash-browns. We ended up leaving early because the atmosphere was too dingy as it just felt damp and there was mold on the ceiling as well as the seats being uncomfortable. Mind you I hadn’t eaten any of the food and I left with a container of what looked like leftovers. In the first picture my hand is used for scale, my hand is slightly above average in size and my palm itself almost covers the entire pancake.

The waitress was awesome! She went above and beyond what she needed to. We had a great meal even though we were rushed, but an outside commitment, not IHOP but in spite of this the waitress seemed committed and dedicated to making sure we enjoyed our meal. Excellent!!!

Doors locked at 3pm on Sunday, no signs posted about early Closure.
Edit: the district manager called and left a voicemail stating they had camera footage of being open. Can't speak to that. Just that there were three cars in the parking lot, and the doors were locked. Not interested in listening to excuses.

Came in not busy was immediately sat at a table Sylvia was very nice not overbearing like some waitresses do like always at the table. Food needs some seasoning but other than that it was good didn’t get coffee like I was hoping for because the coffee pot was a little dirty still had coffee stains on it. This places really needs to be remodeled. I definitely will be coming back.

It was 6:50 pm on 7/17/25 me and my family came to eat and stood at the hostess test for at least 10 minutes waiting to be seated nobody was at the front or to be approached there was two other families in a booth and the restaurant did not look busy even called the store to see if somebody would come answer the phone and perhaps come see us but didn't happen so we left and went to go somewhere else to eat and we really were looking forward to coming to eating there very disappointed very upset.

Disappointed in our breakfast today not as good as usual and the waitresses super long fingernails we’re nauseating that is very unsanitary

Don’t waste your time going to this IHOP in Aiken. The management doesn’t care about how bad of service they provide. You’re guaranteed to wait 10 minutes even if there’s available tables. Will not be back.
