Staff have always been reasonably friending. My issue is with their charging. I purchased a sandwich/meal for $13.07. Used my debit card in the machine, machine said approved please remove card. The register did not see it, as if it never happened. Manager on duty response, was to run it again and if it was duplicated JJ would issue a credit in a week or 2, on principle I was not paying $26.00 for a sandwich. So I left with no meal. The charge did come through my account, when I went back to figure out the credit process, I was told no charge could be seen on JJs end, even after I showed a picture on my bank account debit. Now I have to file paperwork with my bank to chase down a charge that I received nothing for. The frustration of it, will drive me to never darken a JJ establishment again anywhere.

Great location with easy access and lots of parking. It is always very nice and clean inside. The employees are very friendly and helpful. This is the only place I have ever seen sandwiches that are picture perfect. (Look like advertisements.) We go here whenever we crave a sub/hoagie. The bread and everything always taste fresh and good.

Jimmy John’s is the best. Brent took our order and was super nice. The food is just awesome and it’s always clean. LOVE IT!!!
Vegetarian options: the #6 veggie is really good and yummy and since everything is freshly made you can always customize and take the meat off.
