I’ve ordered from this Aiken, SC location multiple times, and it’s always the same—long waits, poor planning, and bad management. Today I ordered online to save time, but when I arrived, no one was in the kitchen and my food hadn’t even started. I waited nearly 30 minutes for a simple order (4 tenders and a sandwich). Staff were outside instead of working, and even after the food was ready, I had to wait for sweet tea. This is unacceptable. Management clearly doesn’t care, and it shows. Terrible experience on multiple occasions. Sad part is KFC has great chicken but this location makes it tough to enjoy.

Top worst experience in a restaurant,workers appeared like they had no motivation. Simple orders,were cooked took 30 minutes to get out minimum . This experience made no sense. I was very disappointed with KFC.

2nd visit here. Drive thru was so dark I was afraid I would get robbed. Very scary ordering my food after 8:40pm on a Friday night. Their receipt printer was out and they filled my order wrong, but I made them check the register to confirm I had the right order because I was missing some food. Food was good and hot. I had the 5 pc tenders with mash potatoes and coleslaw. Very fresh biscuit and slaw. Thank you for your friendly service

I had got a 2 pc crispy breast and wing. It was so nasty! The food didn’t taste fresh at all! I spent 12$ on my meal, it was the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. You can tell the fries were dipped in used grease. They just tasted plain dirty! When I ordered the chicken the lady said “let me see if I got crispy” Like what? If you don’t have any, go make some. Nobody wants the chicken that you made HOURS ago. That’s why it tastes so disgusting. The fries and the chicken weren’t fresh at all. Definitely cooked in old grease. What has happened to the KFC I once knew? Smh

They were busy after church but as it cleared , no one checked to wipe tables down. Some you couldn't set down to eat. Service was good, staff was nice and I will go back often.
The only thing worse than bad food is absolutely incompetent and rude employees. There is a reason Chik-Fil-A does so well.

I ordered a 3 piece tenders $7 fill up with fries. After waiting at least 5 minutes, she tells me they are waiting on my fries. I wait about 3 minutes more and she puts my food on a filthy, sticky tray that had a glob of honey on it. The tenders were cold and dry. Very disappointed.

the manager was complaining to anyone who would listen that they were short handed and if that's a problem go somewhere else. I ordered and went to fill up my drink (it was 4:15 in the afternoon) and when I pushed the drink bar I was met with a high pressure spray of beverage all over my arms, hands and shirt. The manager blamed day shift and never once apologized or attempted to make it right with me. All she did is hand me my bag and I was basically dismissed. Was not a pleasant experience !!!!!!!!!!
