My mother in law asked for some KFC. She is 96 years old. I Had to wait 45 min for my order. The chicken was undercooked and the gave me mashed potatoes instead of coleslaw. I won't be back at all.

WE JUST ATE THERE....STEP OUTSIDE MY ZONE AND GOT THE FAMOUS BOWL Just NASTY with those 4 big PIECES CHICKEN on top,he had the chicken sandwich it was COLD.KFC is on the ban list for awhile!!!!

Arrived at 11:50 for lunch. Ordered the 2 piece meals. One regular and one extra crispy. Went to get drinks. No unsweetened ice tea. All other drinks had sugar and we are diabetic. Paid to get water....sat down . Worker comes out. Xtra crisp not ready. Had one leg only. Mash potato's were runny French fries were limp and biscuit was doughy and not done. Sorry...will not be back.
All the workers are rude and the dine in area is never open. 7/10 food, 0/10 workers and management team

This location service is the worse. Past few times I’ve went I leave after waiting 30 minutes and never even order. The doors are locked so you can’t go inside to order. The drive through makes you wait 15 minute until they take your order. The pick up makes you wait 20 minutes while they cook it. Terrible service!
This is the third time we have come over here to eat as a family and the dining room is closed to the public for no apparent reason. And I called and the reason is they are short staffed. Well , I don't see this as a legit reason to have the dining room closed. And you won't get my business operating like this.

My door dash has been delayed an hour. I tried calling the store twice for an update. I have received no response. Very unprofessional. I order the food for my kids in time for bed. However, we are still waiting.
Update: they cancelled and stated they are closed.
