I called yesterday and ordered a box (of 12) Grinch doughnuts and a box (again, 12) of regular doughnuts. Ok, I will write your name on the boxes and you can pick them up in the morning at 630am…of this I agreed.
This morning at 645am, I stopped to pay and pick up my boxes of doughnuts. Drove to work. Removed boxes from sack (green grinch collection box on bottom)
Opened up the boxes so staff members can get a treat. BUT, there were only 2 grince doughnuts in the box — not what I asked for not what I was promised not what I wanted.
I will think twice before returning to this store as they spoke misleadingly if they even truly heard me.

The lobby was closed. The drive-thru line was slow considering there was only one car in front of us. The donut we ordered was not warm. This is unfortunately the worst Krispy Kreme experience I had. I suggest arriving early (as soon as they open, I guess) to get fresh donuts. But please expect a long wait.

Not as clean as should b for first thing in morning. Cashier has issues and wasn't very friendly. Got mad at us because we didn't know how many doughnuts we wanted and again because we didn't take her recommendations on what kind to get. There wasn't a great variety. I haven't been to an actual Krispy Kreme restaurant in over 25yrs. There isn't any close to were we live and this is nothing like I remember. They do still have the conveyor belt making them. This time of year is limited to holiday flavors. Not everyone likes pumpkin spice!!! They didn't even have blueberry or any jelly filled. They weren't out of them just not making them. I got an original glazed and it was very good so thank you for that. And it still beats Duncan but they had blueberry. 🤪 No non dairy creamer option. The variety of coffee flavors were limited although I like just black

Are you kidding me??? It's the best. Krispy is always the best!!! And now. They have these false special donuts like pumpkin spice with cream cheese icing.Oh my god so good!!!
Staff is always friendly and the store is always clean. They are are quick to tell you about up-charges for certain items, but they seem to have a problem getting those items you paid extra for in the box. Yes, I know, it's my fault for not checking. It happened the last two times I've been in the Aiken store, including 1130 today. Next time it will be Dunkin Donuts.

Used to go every weekend. Nice clean store. Staff is usually friendly and attentive. Only issue they seem to have is equipment that doesn't work anymore. They keep advertising their frozen drinks, but they haven't been able to make it in roughly 2 months saying their machine is down. Went to the Augusta location and they said the same thing. They also advertise certain items you can only buy on Sundays, like the cinnamon roll, but they never make them anymore. Hard to give a good rating when they no longer provide what they advertise.

First time trying the cinnamon roll. It was ok. Not very fresh, and didn't have a lot if sweetness. The classic glazed donut will forever be my go to.
