Not sure why they go to work and have the look on their faces that they'd rather be somewhere else.
Then they didn't have the donuts I wanted ready they said.
Hot light was on and I was told if you ever go when the HOT light is lit up you get a free glaze donut well I was told no.
So I don't know i really should have kept my $20

Such a TERRIBLE experience. I’m a huge Harry Potter fan and was so excited to go try the new donuts, but when my husband and I walked in, there was not a single employee to be found. I called out 5 times for anyone to answer and finally after 5 minutes someone came to take our order who wasn’t wearing a uniform at all and didn’t apologize for not coming to the front of the store sooner. I asked her if they had any more Harry Potter donuts and she said they were all out. I then ordered a coffee and 3 glazed donuts and waited over 10 minutes for a coffee that was poorly made, in a sticky cup, and leaking (mind you, there was NO other customers so it shouldn’t have taken that long). The floors were covered in powder, stale donuts, napkins, and countertops that were sickening to look at. As I was getting ready to leave, I noticed in that they had cases of the Harry Potter donuts after being told they didn’t have a single one left in the store, so I asked her “is that the donuts right there?” To which she replied “Yes it is”. The lack of professionalism, courtesy, cleanliness, and initiative to do the job they are paid for was SHOCKING. NEVER AGAIN!

Review for Krispy Kreme – Friday, August 15, 2025

I visited the Krispy Kreme store on Friday, August 15 in the afternoon. The store was not busy, yet the customer service I received was disappointing. The person taking my order did not greet me when I walked up and spoke so softly that I could barely hear her. I had to repeatedly ask her to repeat herself.

She appeared uninterested in taking my order, uninterested in being present at work, lacked enthusiasm, and did not seem engaged in providing good service. She wore tan Beats headphones the entire time, which came across as unprofessional and inattentive to customers. Overall, the customer service felt flat and unwelcoming, making the experience less enjoyable than expected.

I don't recommend eating hear the staff is extremely rude I ordered 2 doughnuts and the lady at the register was really rude I asked for her manager and boy he was no better with customer service I will never return to this location

I stopped by this morning around 6:30a to grab a couple dozen for my coworkers. I went to the drive through and sat at the menu for roughly five minutes. No one ever came to take my order. So, I drove around and parked, and walked to the door to double check the hours. Online, opening is listed at 6am, and the hours on the door stated the store opens at 6am as well. So, I was a bit confused why no one was working the drive through. Anyway, I figured I could just walk into the lobby and order in person, except when I went to open the door, I found it locked! At this point I was annoyed and decided to go to Dunkin to get my coworkers their doughnuts. If your store hours have changed, please update them on the doors and online, so people don’t waste time trying to shop here when no one is available.

Went to drive thru about 6 pm yesterday. Ordered dozen assortment ...i must have gotten the last of what was left. No patriotic at all. 8 chocolate custard filled , 2 glazed and 2 lemon filled. What a disappointment. Stale and hard.

Went with a co worker at Aiken KK today and the lady at the front counter was very rude. Didn't even give people time to decide what they would like to order. When the order was placed she then shoved the purchase over to the customer. Very poor service 😢
