Officially will not be using your click list service anymore. It was super convenient for me working 12 hrs shifts and grocery shopping with two small children is no easy task. The last 3 times I have either been called to delay pick up or have been missing items. I get pretty simple items. Today really has me questioning on how you get a green bell pepper mixed up with a cucumber??? Clearly just gonna have to go grocery shopping after my long shifts or with my children.

Shout out to Kroger staff members Chris Sievers, Barbara (in the deli), and many others for doing a wonderful job helping a group of kids enjoy their trip today. They got to learn about grocery store departments, how to read isle signs, where to find products, how to read and calculate prices, how to weigh items, how to pick the best watermelon, and how yummy fresh cookies are! Thank you very much for accommodating everyone! Also thank you to the many customers we were around that complimented the group, took time to be patient with us, and took the time to speak to our group.

My son received a $100 Xbox card for his birthday and we were having trouble with it, we could not get the code to work. I went to Kroger and spoke with Miss Jen, she was so gracious and tried to help us as well and the code still would not work. Brandon stepped in and said he would take care of it. And that he did! He spent nearly 3 hours working with Microsoft to figure out the issue and got to the bottom of it. I was practically in tears when we got there and felt it wasn't going to end well. Brandon went above and beyond and I am truly appreciative of his help. He easily could have told me I was out of luck but he didn't. Just amazing. He made the birthday boy feel a million times better!

Every time I am in the drive through line for the pharmacy it is at LEAST a 30 minute wait. Absolutely absurd and unnecessary. I have 2 toddlers with me and I'm sitting in this line as I type trying to figure out if I will get home in time to cook dinner is NOT okay. I'm over it, I'll find a new pharmacy. I've been here 30 minutes so far and they have helped 3 people. THREE!!!!!
I am happy to be in this store, my comrade friends. It is hard for a true Soviet to find joy with the old ways. But you Comrade Kroger, have given the true Red some hope. Let me tell my story.
