They guy running the front end that evening did an excellent job managing the drive through and walk in traffic. I was impressed. His customer service was on point. It was a very busy night there and he maintaind a great attitude towards everyone that I saw him interact with.

Went there today at 3:20. Customer waiting outside said it was a 20 minute wait. I went inside and staff was playing grab-ass and chatting with each other. Waited 5 minutes and no acknowledgement, so I left. I am a shopper here 4 times a month, but no more. I am not seeking free or discounted stuff, just going to let others know that this place is not a place to order from!

Food was great, though it took an extra 15 minutes to get. Stood at the front before anyone said anything, people's skills need to be looked at with the workers. Other than that, the one who made the pizzas had apologized.
This location has drastically gone down hill. I used to eat here whenever craving pizza, however the last couple of times have not been worth it. Specifically this last experience. I waited at the drive thru for over 10 mins, 2 hours before closing. There were no other customers and I even called the store to ask if they were open. A young man answers the phone and tells me they are open. Turns around and sees me at the window and ignores me, walks around the store like myself and others aren’t in line. I will not be coming back to this location. I’m very disappointed and just wanted some dinner after a long shift.
