I just ordered 2 pizzas one was a pretzel crust and the other was a fancy pepperoni. The fancy pepperoni came but not the pretzel one. I tried to call the store more than once and no one picks up. I am unable to go up to the store so now I feel like I’m out of my money and a pizza I ordered. I would not give this little Caesar’s any business and they honestly need to shut down. They have the worst customer service in Aiken and the orders are always wrong unless you are able to go up there and pick up. This should not happen to anyone. I hope someone important reads this and do something about it

First and last time I’ll eat there I’m normally a Domino’s person but I decided to try a little Caesars last night. I placed the order at 7:56 and it got to my house at 10:08 pizza was cold. The driver said that she could tell the pizza was cold when it was handed to her they had it sitting in the back the entire time not willing to pass it over they were not willing to remake the food The entire thing was just a mess. The food was extremely cold like you just pulled it out the freezer employees need to do better. I will never Recommend Anyone to This establishment

Been waiting over an hour for a classic cheese and stuffed crazy bread, full blame goes to scheduling manager/GM. Why are there only two people working a 4-5 person operation. Outrageous, it’s only a Wednesday, not like it’s a weekend with an event or something. I worked a 12 hour shift and this is not how I wanted to spend the couple of hours I get with my family. Won’t be back for a while. I feel sorry for the employees for having to go through this, because I know most people have never worked in food and bev and are blaming them for this. I just want to say, 9/10 times, it’s not the employees fault, but the manager.

This location needs a new manager!!! She has absolutely ZERO customer service capabilities or professionalism. On more than one occasion we've encountered an issue with her and she has nothing but an attitude and will literally snatch the boxes from your hand. We will order food well in advance only to sell have to wait in it when we get there. Then, instead of handing us the food, she will walk right past you and put it in the portal thing. It's always hard to get it all out because we generally order a large order and the items are packed in it tighter than necessary. I could go on and on. I will just start going to the one across town. It's worth it to get better customer service. I'll also be in touch with corporate. If you don't like customer service then don't work in customer service.

Even with a short staff these 3 individuals on night shift did a wonderful job with fulfilling my order. A large meat lover pizza. Traditional wings. And a cold 2 liter soda. 5 stars if I had 10 I'd give them 10! Great

Was told to pull up. Was not given a time frame of how long the wait would be. Nearly 20 minutes when we were the only people there for over half of that time.Pizza came out improperly cut. Had to pull apart with our fingers. It takes the same amount of time to cut the pizza right as it does to cut the pizza wrong!!!!!!!Not the first time I’ve had to wait 20 plus for a “hot and ready” pizza.First time it took that long and still came out all messed up. Very disappointed. I’m just going to get my pizza from the freezer section from now on. Cheaper and takes the same amount of time at this point.
Little Caesars offers good pizza at a bargain price . The customer service has improved at this location, and it is a convenient to access.

I went through drive through and got the lunch special. I was the only on in line and it was during lunch but I still had to wait 15 minutes on my order. If it's the lunch special why didn't they have any ready? When people are on lunch break it's only 30 minutes to drive there order get your food eat and get back to work. So waiting 15 minutes was really cutting into my break I wasted half my lunch break waiting for it to be cooked. Very disappointed.

I don't reccommend the pretzel pizza with chesse sauce. It is siper salty and dry.
