We ate lunch here on 7/2/25. I have always been very pleased but yesterday we had very little to NO service. The hostess took our drink order and brought out right away. The waitress came without much delay. Our food came in a reasonable time. Then the waitress never came back. She walked by one time and my drink was very low. She looked and kept going. Never saw her again. Had to get the attention of someone else and hostess again brought my refill of drink. Another person brought check after we asked for it and took payment. I feel at the price you charge for a drink, I deserve at least one refill. Not happy at all.

This location used to be very nice but sadly the product quality has gone down and some (not all) of the staff isn’t friendly nor attentive. We’ve received a small gift card from management to make things right for our next visit and then we go in and had yet another horrible experience… the hostess appeared to be very annoyed when we asked for a table that was not next to the bar due to our sleeping 4 month old.. then we sat for over 15 minutes until the server realized that we were sitting there for a while. We decided to leave with no more faith in this location.
Great staff, great food!
Everything is generally nice. They received a 4 bc it takes a while to get your food.
It was fun
LongHorn Steakhouse in Aiken never misses! The Parmesan Crusted Chicken is hands-down one of the best dishes I’ve ever had—perfectly seasoned, juicy, and full of flavor. I literally crave it weekly.
But it’s not just the food that makes this place a win—the customer service is top tier. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like a valued guest. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always makes sure your experience is on point.
The atmosphere is relaxed, the drinks are strong, and the service is consistent. Whether you’re dining in or ordering online, they know how to deliver quality every single time. Highly recommend this location—Aiken, y’all got a gem right here!
Amazing food and nice employees
Awesome place Best food ever
It was a great dinner this evening at Long Horn Steakhouse in Aiken, SC! Our server, James B., was AMAZING and showed more initiative than we have seen from a server in years, REALLY! It was so refreshing to see a young man like this so anxious to please his customers! We wish all servers in the restaurant business were as good as James B.! It's very seldom we ever leave a review, but we were so impressed with James B. we had to! Thanks for a great experience!
Best steak, lobster tail, and shrimp in town! Always enjoy each visit

Fire-grilled corn on the cob was DISGUSTING! TOOOOO many strings! Made me feel as though I was eating hair! YUCK! Outlaw ribeye was cooked well, but something was off about it. Not sure what it was, but more than half was left on my plate when we left and I opted NOT to take it in carry-out! Our server was new, but she was great for the most part. Only negative is not knowing what to say/do whenever a patron informs you something was nasty and it was barely eaten or not eaten at all! Hint: offer to replace item with something else or remove item from bill. The ladies restroom didn't have paper towels, but after alerting the manager...he did ensure it was replaced immediately. Wait time was approximately 20 minutes which was awesome since we were initially told 30-45 minutes. I've been to Longhorn in other cities and it was PHENOMENAL! This particular location fell short of my normal expectations.
Got food to go. By the time I got to the house realizes they did not give me my cheese cake or my egg rolls.
Great server Nikki in bar. Good variety of food. Lunch specials like steak salad and onion soup during the week.
The food is wonderful and so is the service, BUT the macaroni is DRY. It used to be so delicious and creamy. I'm not sure what changed, but it is really nasty now. You eat noodles without the Mac..... Come on longhorn.
Great place to sit at the bar and have a petit filet, baked potato and amazing brussels! I left without my Amex card, but Josh had it and went out of his way to get it back to me. Thank you kind sir!
