The picture of what was advertised vs what I got. It wasn’t even hot. Just nasty and soggy. Had to go buy actual tacos from another restaurant. Just save your money and go else where. Tea tasted like water.
Fantastic food

Food was tolerable. The red sauce on the burrito was orange and had a weird taste. I asked for a double serving of rice instead of getting beans and rice. After I was told I could get that, I didn't get it. I still got the beans. The waitress was very nice, but she only came to check with me once after getting my food. I waited for nearly 30 minutes after I finished eating for my ticket. I was finally able to check out because another person got her attention so he could check out. Maybe it was a one off night compared to the overall rating for this place. Personally, I won't go back again.

Very authentic and very affordable food. Out of the way of downtown Aiken but worth the drive out. The staff is nice and the food is fantastic. One of our favorite Mexican joints.

Awesome. Eat there at least twice a week
I was with my work crew and had my own lunch but the waitress was fantastic! - friendly and offered to heat my lunch and kept my water filled. The atmosphere was good too. A small restaurant but quite a bit of people eating. Mexican music was a little bit loud but not too bad.

Now I will say you don’t necessarily have to speak Spanish to be able to order. The menu quite fondly describes what you’re ordering. Overall I’d say it’s okay, a little mid.
Food: The food is alright, but I do enjoy the tortillas since it’s handmade. If you didn’t know they’re actually way better tasting when they are handmade. I ordered the Chille Relleno, with chicken inside. Overall the beans and rice (I stand corrected the rice was ass) it came with were pretty good. The Chille Relleno was above average but I feel like I’ve had better.
Service: It was good, the waitress here actually speaks both English and Spanish. Makes it easier for both parties, and honestly she’s very nice. Overall it’s not her fault that the food wasn’t that good. No mind you this doesn’t mean the food is terrible by any means, it’s just alright.
Atmosphere: As soon you walk in, it looks very empty. The only visually looking thing here is if you look to your right. There’s a bar, honestly it looks very appealing. There is also Hispanic decor on the ceilings but it’s nothing special.

Restaurantji Recommends
The food is delicious and the service is great. I would highly recommend trying the Chile Colorado. It's definitely one of the best that I've had since moving here from Colorado. Spiciness is perfect and the flavor is out of this world. I wish they could bottle the sauce to be honest. Definitely family-based traditional style Hispanic food. Straight up homestyle. Support this business. They are one of the few that actually has mezcal on the shelf and their drinks are awesome!
Vegetarian options: They can substitute for vegetarian options
Dietary restrictions: Their menu clearly list what is in each dish.
Parking: Right next to the Dollar general light. If you live near the university you can get there by going to the four-way stop on vaucluse towards graniteville and turning up the hill towards edgefield road. Very quick and easy way to get back to the neighborhoods near trolley line.
Kid-friendliness: They have whole kids menu in the salsa is mild enough to where kids will be happy
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy entry point for anyone in a wheelchair. I'm sure the staff would assist but anyone in a wheelchair showing up with somebody will be able to access.

Me and my roommate went in to try it out because it was close by, we were given chips and salsa we couldn't tell which one was the one tasting like motor oil, the food was okay looking but they didn't know how season very well, then the drink that was horrific I got myself a Jamaica inside of the cup was mold or something. It wasn't on the outside it was in the inside to where I was able to break it up with the straw.
