This was our first time here after it was recommended by friends. Nice sandwich shop and the staff was friendly. I had The Palmetto: marinated roast beef, bacon and Swiss on a grilled sourdough with au jus (I didn't get the red wine mushrooms). It was basically a French Dip but with the addition of bacon, and we all know bacon makes everything better! It was very good as was the side of onion rings. My better half had The Whaley (tuna fish) and did not find it tasty, but she did enjoy the waffle fries.Parking: Typical Lauren's Street parking, depends on day and time but if you're patient you'll find a spot.

1st time eating here and EVERYTHING was EXCELLENT. Dre, Lexie, Logan gave the best service with a smile. The food "the hammy was so good and fulfilling that I couldn't eat it all. The waffle fries with Mac sauce was so superb. I can't explain how satisfied I was and will definitely be returning with more company to enjoy this extraordinary experience.

Food was really good. Service was even better. We sat outside and they gave my 2 dogs a water bowl. Friendly people. It was our first trip to Aiken and we came across a good place to eat.
I had the all pastrami sandwich I thought was delicious great meat cooked perfection the coleslaw on top was good My wife had the meatball sub it was so big she had to take half of it home so I give this place a thumbs upWheelchair accessibility: The store has a big enough door opening it's ground level and there is plenty ample space to remove a chair and get somebody a handicap in

Mack's ALWAYS delivers! After the Thanksgiving holidays I decided to try something healthier than normal, so I ordered The Planetetarian. Super yummy and filling! I could only eat half. Having the rest for lunch today! The Planetetarian is a Black Bean Pattie filled with veggies combined inside a flour tortilla wrap. I dipped it in ranch dressing (my choice). Sorry I forgot to take a photo.Mack's Carolina Kettle potato chips are also the bomb. I had the Rosemary & Garlic flavor which was full of flavor.The service is excellent here with lots of positive vibes from the cashiers, waitresses and cooks. Great old school tunes playing too. Happy, happy!

Tried the Hitchcock with waffle fries. Fries were overcooked for me and the slaw was a bit sweet but good overall. Friendly service and relatively quick service given it being a busy Friday lunch. Would try another sandwich and another side. Fair prices.
