This Mcdonald’s said it was open on the app and everywhere else I checked and was not. I ordered ahead and the app did not let me get a refund once I arrived and found that it was closed. The drive-thru had an automated voice message saying to order now which was misleading because no one was there and so you couldn’t order. I am very upset and annoyed with both the app and this location and want my $13.18 back.

I'd ordered a Spicy chicken sandwich with special instructions. I think the cook got caught up with the special order and then forgot the chicken. I came back to fix the problem and let Mary the manager know what happened. She quickly apologized and fixed it right away with a friendly demeanor. 100% satisfied.

This McDonald's is bad.One day me and my family were getting McDonald's and when my mom finally finished and we got home and I was thirsty and I take a sip of spite so what I thought that was not sprite just tasted fizzy and no sprite bad McDonald's.

I placed my order. Ordered two large fries, sweet tea light ice, mcchicken, double cheese burger. I had to ask the server if they can pour some of the ice out of the cup because it was full of ice before the tea. Got pulled up for fresh fries and got the food and the fries were cold, the burgers and mchicken were also cold. I had to put it in the microwave when I got home which was only a two minute drive.Please do not tell somebody to pull up if the food is still going to come out cold. I’m guessing they had an off night last night but the ladies at window was very nice.

Main reason I went was i wanted fries. Decided to get a chicken sandwich and customized the toppings. The made it exactly as ordered. It was all tasty.

This McDonald's is the only one I will go to. Sometimes you have to wait but only for a few minutes at most and well worth it. Specific orders are made at your request and correct the first time. The employees have outstanding work ethic and great customer service which can be really frustrating to deal with at times due to "The Customer Is Always Right" rule. Keep up the good work.
