Look I understand being stressed at a fast food place when working, but I've ordered 3 times from this place all three times the heavily messed up. I tried to call just to tell them that someone there isn't doing good, I didn't even want a refund. So I called and the manager was the one that picked up I explained the situation, and the whole time she gave me attitude and tried to say what was wrong with the order couldn't have been them because they never mess up like that, she straight up told me I was wrong and just pissed me off to the point I hung up.

Manager was rude and obnoxious when I asked for all of my change. For the record if you owe me 39 cent you don't give me 35 cent and claim there's a penny shortage. There is NO penny shortage. Need to train your employees.

I have had problems with this McDonalds in the past. Cold food, frappes that taste and look horrible and when you call to let them know about poor service, they don't seem to care. For the amount of money you pay to eat here, I will go elsewhere.

I ordered two ranch snack wraps and there was absolutely no ranch on them I’m very disappointed by the laziness at this store it’s every time I go there I’m missing items from my order or food was half assed man I’m just calling corporate tomorrow morning at this point

Ordered with the app. Everything fine but my wife ordered a burger without a bun. Picked up the order and she had a bun. Easy to fix but If you give the option to order what you want. Follow that.

This is a great place until after 5pm. Then it’s slow and a long wait and customer service goes straight out the window. Cashiers be very rude with an attitude. If you dnt like your job quit. Donot ruin my experience because you hate your job.

The employees were very nice. We ordered at curbside. It didn’t take too long. The food was meh. The chicken sandwich seemed burned and wasn't hot. It looked like it was just tossed together. It was off the side of the bun. The fries didn't taste seasoned and lacked flavor. The ranch wrap was lacking ranch dressing. My 4 yr old granddaughter enjoyed her Happy Meal but, we ordered cheese and it came without cheese. We did get it replaced.
you know what’s really funny mcdonald’s is you are one the only places that makes us pay for our sauce but even though we do you STILL don’t give it to us. it’s every single time so i hope you know you absolutely suck and that’s why ur food is trash and i hate you

Went to get dinner around 9:30pm, and the frappe machine is being cleaned for the night.... when they close at 11. I've worked in fast food and it doesn't take that long for closing duties as to why they'd close the machines done that early. Really upsetting, especially when the people that answer the drive thru have attitudes and tones like they don't want to be there with the manager on the headset not caring at all how the employeestreat paying customers. Get it together!!!
