Today I had the best experience at a McDonald’s that I can remember. My wife and I took our granddaughter to get lunch. We ordered at the kiosk picked up our number and sat at a table. The lady who brought our food had another lady carrying our drinks. The first lady realized she didn’t bring straws and went to get us a couple. The food was hot, the burger wasn’t sliding around in the bun, and we received everything we ordered the first time. I wish other McDonald’s were this nice and clean. Great job!

Came through drive through….they gave my food to another car….little girl ate some fries and when they realized it was wrong order handed it back to McDonalds employee. As I pulled forward he tried to give it to me and when I refused he sent me to a side parking space to wait for my food to be remade. 10 minutes later I got my food. Beware
Update: it’s gotten worse…today, November 17, 2025 I decided to stop again and this time came inside. As I approached the counter I witnessed the young black female who was working the register give a free drink to someone she was talking to. As I ordered my food she had absolutely zero verbal interaction with me. I paid for my food and sat down. When she brought my food to my table she once again had no verbal interaction with me. No thank you, come again or anything. She didn’t even look at me. I was offended by this. The food was average for McDonalds. I need to note that another employee who had nothing to do with my food was cleaning up the dining area and was politely interacting with customers, but the sour taste that the first provided soured the total experience.i did speak with the manager, Tina who was super nice and related she would handle.

If I could do 0 Stars I would morning service is terrible on front counter on Halloween I ordered a frappe which took 30 min everyone on drive thru got their frappe before me and the lady said I wanted a refund to the manager and she didn't asked Wat I ordered and refunded the wrong order and was not friendly not coming here no more imma just make my own y'all need to do better
