Great Pizza and Atmosphere!
Arrived at noon on Sunday and an hour later still no food delivered. People arriving even a half hour later and were served. The server blamed the kitchen but I don’t think the server was attentive. After an hour I asked for the manager. I complained and asked for my bar tab. The manager should have offered to void the charges but did not. I went next door to another restaurant and received my order in less than 5 minutes.
Called on a Monday to make a reservation for a birthday party for 15 people. everyone was sat by 5:13, our order was in by 5:30. An hour goes by, the waitress comes to our table apologizing for the wait..... 30 more minutes go by and at this point I'm getting frustrated.... the waitress comes to our table and apologizes and says our food is coming out now. Right when she walks away, the manager comes and says your food isn't even in the oven yet. Unacceptable!!! 2 hours later...read full review
