We have been to 4 other mellow mushroom locations and all of them were better than this one, we had higher expectations. Service was slow and food was warm when we got it but not hot. Usually we love Mellow Mushroom for the fresh high quality ingredients and delicious food but this night didn’t hit the mark unfortunately. Bartender was friendly and great!

Hello guys, this is my first time ever at a mellow mushroom establishment and I have may it was been far the best, I had the best host in the whole wide freaking world his name is Zack and he is the best host I had ever met he was kind, straightforward and just all around a good down to earth guy, when I come here and see Zack it feel like im talking to a family member honestly I sure hope yall keep him around this kid is going place and should get the recommendation he deserves just wanted to brag on him keep it groove mellow mushroom

Place has gone downhill. I ordered a pineapple and ham pizza for pickup. Went to pay for it with gift card, they wouldn’t even accept it. The topping distribution is the worst I’ve seen. A toddler could put toppings on a pizza better. Some pizza doesn’t even have pineapple on it. I would expect better if I’m paying $30 for the pizza

Worse service, the kids doesn’t know what there doing. Waiting for a table. Empty tables in the front and there excuse was the computer was down. Waiting so far an hour no table yet.!

The atmosphere is nice, their outside patio is also very nice. However, their food is just ok. I ordered the cobb salad; and except for 2 pieces of chicken, I had to peck to find the rest, smaller pieces. The pretzel appetizer was really good, but the dipping cheese was not just regular cheese, had a unique (not good to me) taste. We placed order for the appy, and about 8-10 mins later, we ordered our meals. My friend ordered a small veggie pizza and I ordered the cobb salad. The appy and her pizza were brought at the same time (don't you usually order an appy to have something to munch on while waiting for your meal?). And my salad came about 7-8 mins later - really?! I asked for their champagne apple salad dressing on the side, tried it, didn't like it so asked for the balsamic vinaigrette (which I should have done in the first place. Come to find out, that they charge $1.50 for an only 2/3 filled tiny cup. I can see if you want more dressing because you like a lot. I ordered it because I didn't like the first one. I didn't see the charge until I got home (it was dark outside) because I would have said something. I've lived here over a year and a half, and this was my first time there. And now I know why.

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong crust on my small pizza. I have a gluten allergy, so I cannot eat gluten. The order was placed online and I didn't realize my mistake until I received my order. I called to see if they could remake the pizza but the manager told me he wouldn't without me paying for another pizza. I won't be ordering from this place again.
