Will put you on hold for 15 minutes for no reason. Had to call back to get the answer to my question which they could have immediately answered the first time (was calling to ask if they take reservations, was told “hold on one moment” and then never answered until I called back). Hoping the food actually holds up because service clearly doesn’t!

We had the spinach dip, the elevated Cobb salad the pep and the pacific rim pizzas....the salad was delicious and the pizzas were some of the best I've had ....ever....I left ready to go back again and frankly I'm hard to impress

The server was really nice but the chefs act a little inbred. First off, the wait time for the food was absolutely outrageous, like an hour and a half for 3 calzones. Apparently the cooks ran out of steak and was substituting everything with beef without telling.

I keep giving you all chances and the service just never improves. Today I walked in to order pizza and asked for a large steakhouse. I paid fully and was told to wait 25 minutes. I came back 40 minutes later (because I have learned that service is never on time) and the host tells me that you all are out of steak and were wondering if I would like to change my order. I asked for a refund immediately. My time is wasted virtually every time I make an order at this franchise and this is just another example of it. I wasn’t even offered a free pizza like I should have been with the amount of times something similar has happened.

We walked in there was a line for the dining room. There were 3 empty tables in, the bar area. We were told the host that we could sit in the bar area. We were then told they were all reserved but could sit at the bar 1st come 1st serve, somewhat rudly. The third table sat for a full hour+ with dirty dishes on it. We sat at the bar and tipped 20%. Hmmm...Senior citizens who will not be back. Asked to talk to manager, she basically had excuses. A bird in the hand is worth 2 in the bush!

We usually order to go from here, but we have also dined in. The atmosphere is nice. The kids like the horse outside and the mushroom cap at the table in the back area. However, the last two times I have gotten food to go from them, there has been hair cooked into the food. The first time was in the pretzel. Second time was in the pizza cheese. When we dined in about a year ago, there was a hair on my son's pretzel. I let the server know, and she removed the pretzel, but never replaced it with a hair free pretzel, and she did not remove it from our bill or apologize. As much as I hate to write them off, my need for more hygienic and hair free food will deter me from going here again. Which sticks, because the kids love the food there.
Love the Cobb, husband gets the pizza with vegan cheese, allergies. Service is always great!

The hostess working tonight was absolutely rude. I asked her for a bag with some forks and napkins for a salad, and some cheese packets for a large pizza, and she was very snippy with me. She forgot the napkins and I asked her for some napkins please and she said is there anything else I may help you with and like the most Kurt short tone I've ever heard. I am not going to bring my family here for a holiday gatherings. I don't need to spend that much money and be treated like that.
