Hauled horses down from NY and was craving some za.... Basic bish Pepperoni pizza really hit the spot. Topping distribution could've been a little better and it would be 5 star.

When we arrived i watched several staff members walk around us not saying a word as we were standing there waiting to be seated. Finally a young woman with attitude in her voice asked where i wanted to be seated i said outside. She said the girl who is it there now is going thru shift change your waitress will be with you at 4. It was 3:56 at this point so i said ok. The waitress currently out there came over to us gave us menus and said the same thing. Didn't introduce herself just told us our waitress would be here later and walked away huffing. At 4:05 she came back with attitude stating the next person wasn't there she would at least take our drink orders. At 4:35 she came back with frustration to tell us the other person still wasn't here so she guessed she would take our food order. Still never got a name. Buy the time our food came out or waitress had arrived and the young girl who sat us was delivering the food. The waitress was rude to her as she out of plates down. Never introduced herself but asked if we needed anything else. We told her no and she left. She never came back to check on us finally we saw her walking around and asked for our check. My husband went inside to see who to pay as our waitress disappeared again and didn't return. They were rude to him asked him what he was doing with attitude and when he simple stated we can't find our waitress and we are wanting to pay our check he was rudly told to go wait for our waitress. He tried explaining we had been the whole visit but was interrupted by another person who repeated to go back to our seat and wait for our waitress. She saw me standing outside by the table and finally came running out there and asked for the card to pay. Don't know if they are just all having a bad daythat day or afar. Have never been treated so rude before but this is not the first time at this establishment.

Absolute cheeks. This food is straight up Cisco rewarmed except they forgot to even do that. The wings are ice cold. The cheese bread is gross. Just get pizza hut

Just the wings were raw but the manager corrected the issue. Everything else was delicious.
No longer serves celery and carrot sticks with their wings …. It was a very poor decision, now the plate just looks empty.

Normally I am a big fan of Mellow Mushroom, but this time we had an awful experience. I know they were short staffed, but the service was horrible. I asked for ranch, they added to my bill but didn’t bring it until they noticed they charged me for it but I didn’t get it. When it finally arrived, it tasted like cheap ranch out of a bottle. We waited for a to go box. We asked three times before we got one. We ordered dessert but they came back and told us they were out of ice cream. The waitress was nice enough to give us brownie for free but no utensils. I cannot get over how bad the service was. We normally enjoy both the Augusta and Aiken locations. We even had my daughter’s birthday party here last year.
